I placed order online because I was in a hurry and needed to grab and go. I paid online also. I get to the store and the lobby is closed at 6:15 pm, and the drive thru has 12 cars in line. Been here 25 mins now and moved up one car.
Tried calling the store and it says this number is not taking calls at this time.
Pulled up receipt email, and looked for a way to just get a refund, and there is no info on that.

This location is a joke. “Hot-n-ready between 4-8?” Tried to order Slice-N-Stix through the drive-thru at 5:45pm and was told it would be 15 minutes. So I tried to order a classic cheese, again, during hot-n-ready hours, but even that was going to be a 10 minute wait.
