We arrived and went in around 6:30pm last night July 31,2025 and ordered our food. Fantastic four pizza 2 orders of crazy puffs and Italian cheese bread. Went to van and watch people come and go. After almost 20 minutes my son and I went back into store. Everyone after us keeped getting there order. Finally got ours pizza take said 6:36 on ticket plus bit cold. Took back in asked to get pizza fresh. Waited and waited. Usually most items come out oven together. Plus was helping lady with orders she seemed to misplaced people order. Then walk everywhere looking for people food. Ordered my whole order together and it didn't come out oven together plus cold. Bit Disappointed with my food order last night and all the waiting Least the customers was nice 🙂

First visit took 2 hours to get food I ordered online. 2nd time food was left in wrong pick up bay and the cashier just stood there while I asked her to get my food and then today 3rd visit ordered online set pick up for an hour out. Still had to wait 30 minutes because they skipped one of the pizzas on my order.

DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I have never ever had worse service like I have here. I placed an online delivery order through the official website. I received a text message saying my order was all of a sudden canceled and to contact the store for future action. I called 10 times over and over again in an 5 minute span and no one answered the phone. So we go to the store and get either a refund, an explanation, or my food. Upon arriving and asking for the manager this so called manager flat out refuses to look at the online receipt and says it’s a DoorDash order there’s nothing he can do. Doordash had absolutely nothing to do with my order as I ordered through their own website. While trying to desperately explain how this isn’t a doordash order this so called manager accused us of running a scam to get free pizza. The audacity to accuse a PAYING customer of scamming is completely outrageous and unprofessional. All because this man REFUSED to look at the online receipt. After arguing for 15 minutes and getting absolutely no where I decided to leave and handle this situation with corporate. Only then did the manager run outside with a pizza finally trying to correct their own mistake. I still did not receive part of my order and items were made wrong. Because like I said, the manager refused to look at the online receipt to even make the order correctly. I will be calling corporate. The service provided here is extremely disappointing and totally unprofessional. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered ahead got my pizza an hour later they gave away my crazy bread and pizza while my ultimate cheesy bread sticks were laying on the counter so they were cold but the pizza and crazy bread were hot absolutely disappointed with it

We decided to try it out since it reopened. We got a large pepperoni, pizza and wings. The pizza was almost cold and it was cut in the weirdest way. They weren’t even triangles. Hardly any toppings it was mainly crust. Definitely disappointed in this place especially since they just reopened. Will not be going back.

They get orders wrong constantly, charge you extra when you call them out on it, very unprofessional, no working numbers to call and complain, ridiculous wait times are so bad they forget all about you in the store and in the drive through, and to make things worse the food wasn’t even that good, scattered toppings that are little to none, cut all awkwardly, cheese bread has become more bread than cheese! I’m pretty sure the cheese on my bread is more of a thought than an actual thing considering how little there is, most of the food is already cold when you get it so overpriced cold garbage. Negative stars! Do not recommend! Will not being going back! I hope Casey’s takes all your customers.

Mediocre pizza. The service is horrible. Made us wait when nobody else was there.Girl at the register clearly didn't want to be there. Got our order wrong. Wrong cheese bread, forgot to add dipping sauce, then made us pay extra because they screwed up. Pretty bad for a place that hasn't been open for 6 months yet.
