Sauce was nasty then I watched 1 of the female cooks touch a finished pizza with her bare hands then took a spatula and poked at the top of pizza and was like there now it's fixed. I watched to make sure mine wasn't touched because they were going to issue a refund if it were. The crazy bread was undercooked.

DO NOT EAT HERE Ordered a slices and sticks from there last might with some crazy bead sticks and what I got wasn't nothing but a waist of money pizza was burnt so was the cheese sticks to the point i couldnt even bite it and the crazy bread was just dough i had to stick it in the oven another 20 minutes until it was cooked fully enough to say mine and my girlfriends stomach are still messed up to 10/10 won't be eating there again will be going to other ones

I went inside, paid for my pizza, and was told it would be a few minutes. Normally, they bring it out to the car when it’s ready. I parked right in front of the door, waited in my car, and unintentionally fell asleep while waiting. BEFORE EVEN BRINGING OUT MY PIZZA, THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME!!!!! THIS LITERALLY HAPPEND WHILE WAITING FOR MY PIZZA. I ORDERED MY PIZZA AT 12:05 AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF FALLING ASLEEP, THIS ALL HAPPENED. When I finally got the pizza and asked why he called the police, the excuse was that my car was on and I 'could get carbon monoxide poisoning.' WHAT A JOKE!!!! I wasn’t in a garage, I was outside in the open parking lot! And it gets worse! THE COP MADE ME GET OUT OF MY CAR AND DO TESTS AS IF I WAS DRUNK! All because this clueless worker didn’t use common sense. I was humiliated for NOTHING. No apology. No respect. Just embarrassment and wasted time! Do better for your paying customers who don’t mind WAITING a few extra minutes for your pizza! NEVER again!!!!!

We arrived and went in around 6:30pm last night July 31,2025 and ordered our food. Fantastic four pizza 2 orders of crazy puffs and Italian cheese bread. Went to van and watch people come and go. After almost 20 minutes my son and I went back into store. Everyone after us keeped getting there order. Finally got ours pizza take said 6:36 on ticket plus bit cold. Took back in asked to get pizza fresh. Waited and waited. Usually most items come out oven together. Plus was helping lady with orders she seemed to misplaced people order. Then walk everywhere looking for people food. Ordered my whole order together and it didn't come out oven together plus cold. Bit Disappointed with my food order last night and all the waiting Least the customers was nice 🙂

First visit took 2 hours to get food I ordered online. 2nd time food was left in wrong pick up bay and the cashier just stood there while I asked her to get my food and then today 3rd visit ordered online set pick up for an hour out. Still had to wait 30 minutes because they skipped one of the pizzas on my order.

DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I have never ever had worse service like I have here. I placed an online delivery order through the official website. I received a text message saying my order was all of a sudden canceled and to contact the store for future action. I called 10 times over and over again in an 5 minute span and no one answered the phone. So we go to the store and get either a refund, an explanation, or my food. Upon arriving and asking for the manager this so called manager flat out refuses to look at the online receipt and says it’s a DoorDash order there’s nothing he can do. Doordash had absolutely nothing to do with my order as I ordered through their own website. While trying to desperately explain how this isn’t a doordash order this so called manager accused us of running a scam to get free pizza. The audacity to accuse a PAYING customer of scamming is completely outrageous and unprofessional. All because this man REFUSED to look at the online receipt. After arguing for 15 minutes and getting absolutely no where I decided to leave and handle this situation with corporate. Only then did the manager run outside with a pizza finally trying to correct their own mistake. I still did not receive part of my order and items were made wrong. Because like I said, the manager refused to look at the online receipt to even make the order correctly. I will be calling corporate. The service provided here is extremely disappointing and totally unprofessional. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
