We placed an order on the McDonalds app at 10:10 and got there at exactly 10:30. We were turned away saying they couldnt make any of our breakfast food because they were now serving lunch? Even though the order was placed 20 mins prior? We ordered on the app so it would be ready when we got there. VERY disappointed.
Stopped today at 3:30 - stood inside for over 30 mins without anyone taking my order or even caring that there were customers waiting inside. One employee hollered from the bk that she wouldn’t be able to wait on anyone for a while. I ask another employee that came out front if there was anyone to take our orders - “I wouldn’t know” she smartassly replied. When i ask if there was a manager i was told they were in the bk.
