I came in for a quick burrito breakfast. I went in. I have been waiting 20 min as the staff argues with one another in chaos. Workers are unteainer or complaining about helping the poorly trained. Now I hear some staff watked out on them.
Either run this place right or close it.

Night shift cashier on 7/24 refuses to give us more coke. We paid for refill and the refill machine is not working. We asked for a bottle of water, they said they are out of water. Super bad service.

Overall 3.5 Burger tasted like it may have sat under lamps for a few.. Service was very prompt and good and the atmosphere from workers during late afternoon early dinner time was actually pretty good

I don't really go to McDonald's anymore. Haven't been in about 6 months , and then it was only for the strawberry cream pie. It's as if someone took out the serve with a smile . You rarely ever see a smile on anyone's face there . When ordering , McDonald's is like a box of chocolates , you never know what your gonna get. Your food might be hot but most of the time it's a big might . Stale cold fries ,isn't my thing. When I order something a certain way, weather it's no pickle or no cheese , when I get the sandwich ,I like to see it dressed the way I asked . By the way sense when does the bun come turned upside down ? I've gotten half cooked meat. That's when I said I was done with McDonald's. This is only the Green Street location here in Henderson. Used to be a good place to eat , but I don't see that anymore . It could be turned around , with new managers maybe . Hopefully something will change
Ever since the pandemic and maybe even a little before. Fast food restaurants like this have become out of touch with what it takes to take care of a customer. My opinion, all DoorDash and Uber or whatever food delivery services need to be shut down at places like this where the customer that comes in and the drive-thru are not being taken care of because you're in-person customer should be first no matter what. People are just waiting for long periods of time on the inside to get simple orders and they're not completed they're giving them half their order and then the other half they're sitting and waiting for another 15 minutes. And since McDonald's or any of these other locations don't want to take after the Chick-fil-A system that works amazingly everywhere throughout the country and they can handle much more customer influx you would think owners and management would want to implement those ideas but they don't so instead you get massive changeovers, poor service and bad food. I'm hoping that the states or local municipalities will get involved and start making these restaurants go through changes or shut them down. We are the customer and they don't deserve our business when you're not treated professionally, fairly and given quality food that's advertised by McDonald's all over your TV and phone apps and everywhere because that's what's going to cause a massive civil lawsuit

This McDonalds never has the ice cream machine working. Have attempted multiple times. Today is 05-26-25 at 7:02pm we asked the lady at the intercom if the ice cream machine was working, she said yes, we ordered 3 strawberry shakes and arrived to the window to pay and the same lady said her co workers just told her the ice cream machine was not working. At this point, I believe they dont want to clean the ice cream machine and lie about it not working because everytime I have came in May, it was down.

Worst McDonald's I have EVER been to! It's always dirty, staff only pays attention to drive-thru if ur ordering in, they hardly change they oil it always tastes old, I get cold sandwiches a lot, my kid and my friend's kids slipped here 1 time on ice and got hurt and I reported it to corporate and nothing ever happened and no one followed up . If 0 stars was an option I would've picked that instead, they don't deserve 1
