Worst McDonald's I have EVER been to! It's always dirty, staff only pays attention to drive-thru if ur ordering in, they hardly change they oil it always tastes old, I get cold sandwiches a lot, my kid and my friend's kids slipped here 1 time on ice and got hurt and I reported it to corporate and nothing ever happened and no one followed up . If 0 stars was an option I would've picked that instead, they don't deserve 1

I always stop here on long road trip since it's right off the highway. It's my go-to when I'm in Henderson.

Do not stop here for breakfast. I ordered in the app, no cream or Splenda with my coffee even though I specifically ordered it. Hashbrowns were all 4 soaked in grease, cold and floppy from being so saturated in oil and nothing about them was crisp or hot in any way. Not one single napkin. Really awful waste of money and time. I do not recommend at all.

The 3rd to last time I was there, I ordered 1 burger and a tea, no cheese. There was cheese. The 2nd to last time. I ordered food for myself and my kids. They put the wrong labels on the burgers, and didn't put the extra burger patty on one i paid for. Were out of chocolate milk. And didn't put the sliced apples in the kids' meals. The last time a few days ago. I ordered for myself and my kids again. I ordered from the pick-up spot. Went in after 20 minutes. Waited 5 to be acknowledged. I checked the bags before walking out. Missing apples Again. And a missing drink. This place has gone downhill massively in the last few months. I really don't understand how there's a problem EVERY time I go there at this point.

Kid-friendliness: Yes this place is very kid friendly, but the playground has been removed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the do have wheelchair accessibility and handicap parking.
