Honestly I cannot recommend anyone to this place. We went yesterday with a bunch of family members and had a wait time of 15 minutes which was fine. The issue is when we ordered our pizza and Mac and cheese. The pizza was burnt, we never did receive the Mac and cheese for my 3 1/2 year old step son. The soda was so flat it was watered syrup which by the way was 6.39 for two glasses...and on top of everything else included a MANDATORY 18% gratuity automatically charged. Which I did not agree to. I'm sorry if this is your business practice now Mr. B then you need to up the game if you want to instantly charge so much for poor service. very disappointed. Will not return.

I was in town for speaking engagement and this place was highly recommended by the hotel front desk staff. I wasn’t very hungry so I got a small pizza with hamburger, mushroom, and green pepper. I also got a diet Pepsi. They have a choice between thin crust and thick crust pizza, and I got the thin crust. The pizza was very tasty, but the service was slow. I think they were getting slammed with a lot of takeout orders, the restaurant inside was not totally full, but it did have several families inside and outside. I will go back cause the food was good, but probably take out next time. Usually , I name the server when she does a great job but this time because the service was slow I’m not going to name her.

If i could only give a zero. I ordered online and paid additional $20 because it ran thru doordash for a pick up order! Food was 2 hours for hot dog and cheeseburger, and cold when received. Staff cursing and playing in kitchen and even on the phone! Worst restaurant experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN!

Been going here for over 30 years and the last couple of years have been absolutely horrible. The food quality has gone down, service is laughable, and orders come out barely warm to cold. It’s so sad to see this happening. We literally live two miles from here and refuse to go to this store anymore because of how far it’s fallen. We only go to the Evansville or Owensboro locations now. It’s worth the drive to have good, hot food. The one in Henderson is absolutely horrible!!!
They used to be really good and consistent in the taste of their food D. Mushrooms were huge but there was hardly anything inside the bready. The mozzarella cheese bread was burnt.

The atmosphere and service were pretty good. The pizza and pasta were both severely overcooked. Overcooked to the point they weren't edible. I do enjoy Mister B's. This was probably just a one-off occurrence.
