Penn Station East Coast Subs

My first time at the Henderson location. Food was tasty, excellent customer service & very friendly staff. My one & only complaint is…sticky tables, seats & floors. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY!!!

The whole place needs a good cleaning. Sitting and looking under the counter was disgusting dirty the floor were very sticky felt like my shoes were going to pull off my feet!!! Don't know if I want to eat here again!

Sub looked a bit greasy and the ingredients didn’t taste all that fresh, a few browning lettuce bits. Price was a bit high, staff were friendly, food quality was not great.

Had the Reuben Monthly Special which was very good. Husband loved his Italian Cold Sub. Fries were fresh and hot. Kacie and Destiny was very nice and answered all the questions I had. We definitely will be back.

If I could give negative stars I would, pulled in at 9:20pm on Wednesday night, Jan. 22nd when online it states they are open till 10pm and as I am parking they shut off all the lights and claimed they are closed. I had called for a half hour repeatedly before this and got no answer before driving all the way out there trying to confirm their hours. Employees were so rude and the store looked disgusting. New management needed asap.

Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed! Floors have not been cleaned in a long time. There is grease dust and insects under the cabinet in dining room. Dust hanging out of vents and all over walls. Your arms literally stick to tables. Food was average at best and highly overpriced. All of this and they actually have an A from the local health department! Unreal. Just finished lunch and hoping we don't get sick.

Tried their artichoke sandwich....absolutely delicious!! Great for our picnic lunch @ The Ohio river on the grass for the solar eclipse!!

Vegetarian options: Very small vegetarian options but they existed nonetheless! Great artichoke sandwich! Who knew u could do that with an artichoke!

Parking: Strip mall parking is plentiful h uncrowded :)

The artichoke sandwich is absolutely delicious.Add on the super friendly night shift I encountered, and it made it even better.With food this good, and people this awesome- 10/10 highly recommend.

This is completely unacceptable, non presentable and lazy work. Missing toppings and paid nearly 13.00 on this unpleasant salad. The lettuce is discolored, I have one bacon strip and barely have any cheese. Also, you forgot my ranch. Your store is a complete joke and waste of time and money. I recommend seeking an alternative meal !!!!!

Mid food, rude employee, wanted to give me 6 ketchup packets for 2 medium fries. Then I asked for a few more and argued with me.Spend your money somewhere else.
