The general manager MIKE was so rude while my family and I was there. I had a problem with the food, and instead of him coming to correct it he got mad at us and told us if we didn’t like how this place was run to not come back! Very unprofessional. Very rude 0/10 do NOT recommend!!!

never had bad experence until today ordered on line pick up for 1106 am got there wasnt ready didnt get ordered until around 1120am got to eat food was cold very disorganized may not return again i have bought from many time

Buffet was empty and only put one pizza out at a time. Pizza was hard salad was just lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber. A 2 year old screamed the whole time we were there plus throwing food at people. It wasn't worth the $30 we had to pay for bad service.

Cheyenne the so called mgr on duty on 08/19/25 very rude would not explain to me why the sign out front said $10.99 Buffett but my charge was $12.95, I asked for a phone number for corporate,she stated that there was no number, I asked for the person that was above her, she stated that she couldn't pronounce his name and he has no phone. wow!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I just realized the world we live in has come to this type of uneducated substandard labor that is placed in a management position. We are really in trouble as a country....

Don't go here for the buffet not worth the money I went there and there was hardly any pizza out and the stuff that was out was old. Go to CiCI's in Evansville they know how to do a buffet and they got a salad bar and it's cheaper pizza hut sucks

Pizza Hut is a consistently good pizza restaurant. The only variables are the staff at a given location. While I have not had a horribly bad experience in the past, I generally don't review every Pizza Hut. This location deserves a good review! Late week night arrival due to traveling. They were closing up the dining area when we arrived. We were received without insult or discomfort. We quickly ordered and were served. We had traveled all day with two young children who were tired and hungry and the staff welcomed us in and served us without rushing us! Always great pizza at a great price! Thanks!
The young man at the window was so nice , kind & had a beautiful smile. That makes anyone day. The pizza was delicious.

I came in ready to eat. What I found was a buffet that looked like it had been looted in the apocalypse. Six pizza pans—completely empty. Not a slice, not a crumb, not even a stray pepperoni in sight. Just greasy trays collecting dust while a few sad customers circled like vultures, hoping something fresh would appear. It never did. The lone buffet item available? A dried-out, underwhelming pasta that looked—and tasted—like it had been sitting since lunch. It was dinner time. No breadsticks, no dessert pizza, no fresh anything. Just disappointment on display under heat lamps that weren’t even on. Honestly, calling it a “buffet” is false advertising. It was more like a pizza crime scene. Unless you enjoy paying to stare at empty pans and stale noodles, skip this place. C’mon Pizza Hut bring the old pizza days back!

The buffet in henderson, ky is new. The whole thing wasn't up yet. The pizza was cold. The bread Stix were hard. They have a lot of kinks to work out. Maybe they will in a few weeks

This location is a joke. They post all these deals and here they shut off there online app ordering and turned it to CLOSED. Can’t even order here. How are you closed at 6:30 on a TUESDAY???? 07/15/2025 CLOSED. Place closed so they didn’t have to honor the $2 pan pizzas is what it is. Place is a joke. Go anywhere but this pizza hut. Every pizza hut in Evansville is open besides this rat hole in Henderson. Keep your pizza we won’t attempt to order here again. Will call corporate
