Manager Lady was Very Rude. Just jeeped saying I Get It! No ma'am you don't cause We spent 46 bucks and you can't get my order Right? It's Our money and We didn't want our Pizza Cut. It's fresher by time I get back across town. But she gets it! No cause money didn't come out your pocket. Why was all out wings put into same box? Very upset with way Manager spoke with us about how she gets it. No ma'am you don't cause our food wasn't right. Wasn't even gonna attempt to fix it. Rude

The Henderson, Ky Pizza Hut IS HORRIBLE 😠I BOUGHT A ULTIMATE PIZZA AND THE WOMAN KEPT TRYING TO PUSH ME TO GET X-TRA CHEESE AND THEN I GET IT AND IT'S COLD AND NO CHEESE AND No sauce. Also it was supposed to have Caramelized onions and they forgot those too. I don't have the receipt because it had to be delivered ( another charge ). Right now I am bedbound due to having Lymphoma. My family and I are used to eating there a couple times a week and I was so disappointed. They just didn't care. Also I have a very BIG FAMILY and when you go there 2 to 3 times a week and when you bring anywhere between 4 to 6 extra teenagers with you we spend a lot of money. The lady who took my phone order was so rude to just push, push and push for me to add Extra Cheese For an extra $ 2.50 and then put no cheese whatsoever.and no sauce and left the caramelized onions off. I don't even live a mile away from your store and this is so unacceptable. You know if it happened to you and you can't take it back and they don't give you a receipt and you really need something good to eat and you pay for delivery and a tip and get something that can't eat it's RIDICULOUS.

Had to walk all the way around the building because they had doors locked and the parking lot was full on the "entrance" side. Other than that, good food, good visit. 4.5 stars.

The staff was rude and very unprofessional we did not get what we paid for the food was cold and we were overcharged I called back and I thought I was silly cuz it was just a $1.50 but $1.50 is $1.50 the staff is very rude would not recommend this place. The person who answer the phone was a plum awful
One guy was doing everything, not surprised with how work ethic is these days. Everyone is hiring. He did well with the circumstances.

Food is usually good, but we ordered the melts and my wife’s were burnt & then it was under cooked today was a bad idea to get pizza or melts from this location I’m not understanding why our waitress is not checking on us and just doing the window orders please someone come and help us.
Ordered pizza like usual, at least once a week, last week the pizza arrived cold! Today almost cold and obviously the driver dropped it ! Also it was a dasher that delivered it today! I called the driver and ask what happened and of course he didn’t know. So Donald you cost pizza hut in Henderson Ky a regular weekly customer! All he had to do was was admit it and apologize!

It’s over 2 hours late I’ve been callin store atleast 20 times I’ve called the out of country Pizza Hut people to help me they cannot get in touch with local store if u don’t have people to delivery stop takin orders it’s not right nobody will answer or let u know anything.get better management or something

Waited forever to get my pizza. Moved forward in drive-through, and then they forgot me. Had to call to remind them i was waiting. The pizza was cold. It wasn't a good experience. I will say they were short-handed on help, but Pizza Hut needs to step up and hire good workers. They can afford to pay better wages for good help.
