This place used to be extremely exclusive, you could only get food from there if they randomly happen to be open and the only way to know if they were open was to drive there and see for yourself.
It gave the place a real vibe that only us exclusive folks who understood the mysterious and confusing business model were worthy of those breadsticks.
Now they have new owners who have spoiled all the fun by “answering the phone” or “being open on a consistent schedule”

Me and my family have been ordering from piny express ever since I was 5. The food is great and the service is even better! Very much recommend this to people visiting Henderson as it's been my go to for years, going from pizza Thursdays to special occasions like my birthday when we moved!

I have loved pony express ever since I was a kid. Unfortunately, over time it just kind of … fell off a bit. But I just went back since the new owners and I’m SUPER impressed! The menu had new items and the staff was awesome and even helped me get the best things for my money, AND it was super fast with quality still intact! I was so glad to see it so loaded down with my choice toppings without having to say “extra” and getting extra up-charges . And BOGO still stands! Same classic style of pizza, but I’m pretty sure I tasted a little love in there. 😌

I don't live in the area, so i don't have to worry about coming back, but this was legitimately the WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.
1) took 40 min for a walk in to go order.
2) ordered thin crust pizzas. Wanted crisp crust, well done yet thevproduct i got, the dough was raw.
3) watered down sauce. No flavor
4) way too much cheese and toppings. Slices too heavy to pick up with out falling apart, probably why dough was raw
5) Employee vaping in the kitchen area while preparing food
Don't waste your time, and definitely don't waste your hard earned money.

Pony Express is by far the best pizza joint in town! Cooked to perfection, you can clearly tell that they use the absolute best and most fresh ingredients. Service was very quick and timely. Also, Annie, Angie, and their staff are so friendly and generous! Most definitely give this place a try if you haven’t already!
