Staff seemed very frazzled despite the restaurant being empty (about which, having worked fast food in the past and knowing how rough it can be without looking like it, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt). That did make them sloppy and they messed up our order at first, as well as forgetting to get us our cups and then promptly turning away to do something else so we couldn't even ask for cups. The food was pretty good.

I’m sorry but waiting 30 mins for food at a fast food place is ridiculous. They were out of this, then you had to wait for biscuits to cook, 30 mins for two meals is crazy. Do better Popeyes.

We had to wait for my chicken to be cooked, the employee apologized, she didn't know they were out of wings ( whole fried chicken wings not portions) she also gave us a side for the wait.

Food was fine. They didn't have any coleslaw made.(that's what they said anyway. Not sure how that works. Never been in the food industry personally) prices are really high. $50 for 4 people.

Popeyes is usually pretty good. My kids love their food. Did drive thru, ordered 3 #1 combos had coupons to make it 20 bucks or less. Got up to the window to pay and give her coupons she refused to take them because I didn't say I had coupons at the speaker. I was taken back for a minute I asked what?? I didn't know that was a thing I just have these paper coupons from the mail wanted to use them. She got so smart with me refused to take them and said its their policy now and she is the manager by the way. Making my bill over 33 dollars just to feed kids , so I asked for a refund. This lady is one of the most hateful people I've ran into in a drive thru, its sad and really embarrassing they let people like that into management.
