This is usually my go to Popeyes. ..but y'all really dropped the ball today. Visited twice today ..first time no fork or honey plus long wait time...2nd time whole order wrong...ordered the shrimp tackle box got surf n turf box... Ordered Mac n cheese as my side got mashed potatoes...ordered a chicken sandwich no pickle and got pickles...come on y'all your job is not that hard learn to read your screen... couldn't just bring back because I live in Owensboro so not practical to return. But probably won't be back to this one

Went to drive thru to pick up my online order, don't remember her name, she was super friendly and helpful. Was the the first time I had been there since they first opened. Was not impressed the first time, was like night and day this time. Food was was tasty and the mac and cheese is like no other!!

I happened in the other day not knowing what to expect and I must say I was very impressed. The girl behind the counter...I want to say her name was Jasmine was sweet as pie. The food was prompt ....hot and delicious. Tables were clean and restaurant was well kept. There wasnothing negative about the experience. 5 stars for the visit.

Place has really seemed to turn around in recent months. Faster, cleaner and food seems to be ready more often. I used to constantly get pulled out of line at lunch. Haven't had to leave the line in a month. Bald guy that took over seems to be killing it

This place used to be a good place and the employees there are actually fantastic. However the new GM David, is quite rude and aggressive. I was waiting for wings for 30 minutes. I was told it was going to be an 8 minute wait. When I asked what the hold up was once the other 6 people were taken care of he said I can continue to wait. So I asked why 8 minutes turned to so long. He responded with I can cancel the order and they can send another driver. After already wasting my time he's deciding to be rude and aggressive and even threatened to kick me out of the store. Not sure where you got your management picks from, but dude is definitely not material. Especially since he's upset that he had to be the closer. If you can't take the heat, get out of Louisianas kitchen.

The people we’re talking in the line and I was trying to do a door dash and they done handed the food to the customer and there were just sitting there talking for a straight 20 minute’s then we honked at them and then they told us to go around so we did then one of them came out and started yelling at us and shit like all we trying to do is DoorDash very bad customer service
the chicken is seasoned well, dont get the spicy chicken tho bc its very dry and not really spicy. sometimes forget the sauces but the food makes up for it

The staff was so high they forgot 1 complete dinner and part of another. Asked for extra pickles and got 0. Chicken sandwich has changed. Called to get what they forgot and girl was rude. We live in the country and shouldn't have to drive back into town for their mistakes. They have lost my family's business.

I am here at this Popeye right now as a walk-in customer and I cannot believe that they are giving top priority to the drive-thru window customers while those who come in to sit down and eat and takeout orders are forced to wait.
