The Fry Seasoned Chicken Tenders and Chicken Bites were good. The fries were ok. They weren't very crispy and several had lost a lot of their seasoning. The service was slow. We waited 20 minutes for our order.
I don't like drive through much anymore bc of the robot talking to me.

Well, one good thing, they finally fixed the shake machine after it was broken for over a year!
Now, I have a couple of complaints.
1. They show one size shake and now it is a tiny thing. Gone is the 40oz shake? That is messed up
2. With home office cutting the sizes in half, and managers not taking care of their store and that includes training the basics so these workers so they can take our order correctly. Oh wait, people do not do that at your store, I forgot. Your computer takes all your orders yet still, it does not get it right.
Next thing is to get more nice people since at no time in the last year have I seen a smile at your window.
Well, I won't be back to this location. I'm done.

The worst experience ever at Rally's. Young man on drive thru refuse to recorrect my order. He wanted me to still pay and told me that my food was in the making at the time . I asked him to correct my order. He rolled he's eyes at me. I drove away. I'm not happy with rude disrespectful employees.
