Stopped on the way back to Tennessee from Evansville to get some lunch and the delicious Rallys fries. The older black lady who waited on us was so nice and prompt. Did not get her name but great customer service. Food was hot and fresh. It was a nice day out so we sat there on the patio and ate. Only bad thing is all the traffic and noise.
Love the new automated speaker! The workers were really nice just took a minute to get food.

The auto attendant didn't understand my order and I ended up overpaying on not getting what I wanted. Didn't realize til after I'd driven off. Need a live person taking orders.

The staff has definitely improved at this location along with the store's physical improvements. It also seems like the drive thru has always been faster now when I stop thru. Of course, my only complaint would be the pricing.. no good varieties on deals anymore. Just two people and one was a meal was $20.Parking: There is plenty of parking. Just be cautious entering and exiting Highway 41.

SETTING HERE WAITING FOR MY FOOD FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES. AFTER BEING PARKED AND WATCHING THE GIRL THAT TOOK MY ORDER GET OFF WORK, I GO TO THE WINDOW TO ASK FOR MY FOOD. ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE OFFICE AND WHEN THEY NOTICED ME ONE OF THEM CAME TO THE WINDOW. AFTER I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS WAITING FOR MY FOOD I WAS TOLD THEY THOUGHT THAT ORDER ALREADY WENT OUT. SHE SAID THEY WOULD MAKE IT FRESH, SO I WAITED ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THE MANAGER WOULD NOT COME TO THE WINDOW. WHEN I DID GET MY 46.49 DOLLAR ORDER I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY. FAIR TO SAY, IT WILL PROBABLY BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I VISIT ANOTHER FALCON GROUP STORE. STORE : 9743. ORDER AI014132. ORDERED AT 7.48 PM. RECEIVED ORDER AT 8.25PM.
