Went for the first time on 12/30 for the breakfast buffet and got there when they opened at 6. Staff was very friendly attentive. The food was great.
Only thing I'd like to see changed is their hours staying open later so we can try the dinner buffet as well.

We ate from the salad bar and food bar use paper towels to pick up tongs. The manager would put food on the bar and just throw the tongs in the food, after touching them. I know now why we do not have a shoney's in Huntington West Virginia

Did a Sunday morning breakfast with my friend who lives in Henderson on a Sunday morning. The breakfast buffet was $12.49 per person and my soft drink was $2.99 so I din d for $16.00 before tip. They have a good offering of breakfast items that they refresh often. I have a few favorites go to items anytime we eat here. The servers are friendly and kept our drinks full. We enjoy creating here at least once every few months. I can recommend this Shoney’s.

This is how a server responds to a review! I did have bad service one morning. I had two plates but not what I was wanting. Biscuit were burnt, stuff on the bar needed to be stir, the servers were too busy catching up on their life events. Drink got empty waited for a refill. The server never once asked me if everything was okay. I paid $13 dollars for food I wasn’t even wanting from their breakfast bar. I have had great service in the past but that service was by far the worst!
