I've worked in restaurants and kitchens for 20 years. The main expectation anyone should have from any establishment that serves hot food is for the food to come to you....hot. It's usually a 15-20 minute wait for food when we've ordered, whether busy or not, and the food always arrives luke warm on a good day. 15-20 minute ticket times is standard for a casual sit down restaurant, not fast food.
Order accuracy is hit and miss. Also, if you're going to charge patrons for sauces, you should probably make sure the sauces make it into the bag. I've had to step into the doorway of the kitchen to get the sauces I was charged for - but seriously, charging for marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks?

Honestly, the fact that we havent ever been given hot fresh food is the reason why we won't be coming back. Yes, ypu can taste when fries are old, and we honestly have no idea what fresh sonic fries taste like since this location hasnt ever served them to us.

It's usually a struggle when I take the chance on Sonic but this time was really bad. While the service was fast and the staff pleasant the food was even more rough than usual. The burger I got was thrown together in a way that suggested the person making it was angry. The onion rings were objectively horrifying. Bits of burnt and crumbling onions that looked like the bottom of an old bag. Another regretful Sonic experience.

It's hit it miss..... They don't carry plastic butter knives to cut your foot long Coney dogs... Those are messy and we need a better option than a spork to eat these with 😭🤣

Brought our sundaes and there was hardly any topping on the strawberry sundae. It was dripping everywhere. Called back and asked for napkins, because the boy didn't bring any. They never did bring any. Wished we hadn't already tipped him.
