Place is an absolute joke along with everyone who works there. If you want 15 different people to all ignore your existence and then wait an eternity then by all means this is the best spot to come.
Update: it’s now a 1 star instead of 2. This place actually sucks. Also I love how they take the time for their customers to write something nice on our cups. My husband and I both got “yay”
I’ve been here so many times and usually it’s exactly fine. But this morning I came in and the customer service was awful. I went up to order and the cashier just stared at me. I said “Goodmorning” and she just stared at me like I was irritating her for having to do her job. Your employees need to be more welcoming. I don’t wanna be up with early either but here we are. I’ll probably start going somewhere else.
Sorry I had to edit and make this a 2 star. I got a grande and when I asked for a sleeve for my HOT coffee that burns my hand they replied “oh sorry we don’t give out sleeves anymore for grandes” WHAT lol! Starbucks do better. No wonder yall are dead

Funky attitudes. You give them cash and they’re mad they have to found change back. Drinks were sub par.
If you want to change your order you get attitude yet again.
I’m not impressed with the service here whatsoever and highly suggest anyone wanting to stop to KEEP DRIVING.

I went in for a refresher and to check for a specific product. The person at the register was extremely kind and helpful trying to find the product for me. I never caught her name but she had a long ponytail and glasses. Her and every other staff member were trying to help me find the product I was looking for. It was unexpected and went completely beyond customer service and had the highest professionalism I have encountered at any Starbucks.

they claim on phone to have high speed internet. yet speedtest gives speed 30 mbps max dropping to 4 mbps.
not busy at moment yet tables have crumbs on them. they want more money yet let tables stay dirty. weird generation.

I got a Sugar Cookie Macchiato with almond milk and sugar cookie foam!!! The person I was with got a Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino. She made the best ones we have ever had. The was around 8pm last night!!! Thank You!!!

Usually I love this location. They’re fast, polite and the orders usually come out perfect. But this morning my husband came home with this sandwich. I just find it hard to believe that the person who made this didn’t notice the giant hair woven around the sandwich. It’s pretty big and most of it was on the outside. How did no one see that?

Everyone was friendly and quick with my order.
This is normally my favorite place to get coffee. Tonight we pull up to the drive through at 8:10 and no one comes on the speaker. We drive around and the door is locked but all the lights are on and the sign says open until 9. All the workers are just walking around. Such a disappointment.

This is a great place to sit and have a great cup of coffee. The atmosphere at this location is very accepting. Living 4hrs away, I still felt welcomed. Friendly smiles and greetings. The staff was prompt, friendly and courteous.
Who ever is the manager on Saturday 8-9-15 @12:30 pm should be ashamed of themselves we sat in line for 30 mins sat at the window for 15 mins just to get 1 coffee they kept making drinks for the inside customers and kept leaving drive thru setting.we watched 5 vehicles pull away mad. That's not how u do drive thry customers AT ALL!!!
