This is a great place to sit and have a great cup of coffee. The atmosphere at this location is very accepting. Living 4hrs away, I still felt welcomed. Friendly smiles and greetings. The staff was prompt, friendly and courteous.

Who ever is the manager on Saturday 8-9-15 @12:30 pm should be ashamed of themselves we sat in line for 30 mins sat at the window for 15 mins just to get 1 coffee they kept making drinks for the inside customers and kept leaving drive thru setting.we watched 5 vehicles pull away mad. That's not how u do drive thry customers AT ALL!!!

Ashlyn & Tammy gave us & our birthday girl the experience of a lifetime. I will forever cherish them correcting mistakes from another store to give our baby the best sweet treat for her special day. They knocked it out of the water. Ashlyn was the barista on deck, but Tammy’s support was not something to ignore. Both ladies represented what it should mean to work FOR the public & both demonstrated excellent character for a Starbucks employee. Raises should be given & a bonus of some sort should be given as well. I also think some sort of employee bragging sheet should be available for us customers to feel out when the service is THIS satisfactory. I will be coming back & I will be looking forward to being served by these ladies. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

My usual is never made right anymore so I tried a frappe and it’s flavorless. Absolutely terrible. Why am I spending $7 on a coffee for it to taste terrible. Not again. Also find it funny you can’t leave a review anywhere but Google.

Love, love, love those that work at the 41strip in Henderson Kentucky!!! They are so awesome! I come every morning and they are so polite and know what I want. There outdoor communication is broken. So they have an employee outside to take your order. Every one of those employees is just fantastic outside, with no complaints at all. Give them a huge shout-out!!!
