They only care about drive thru orders. I was there for sometime waiting to order. Just me. Not even an acknowledgement or not even hi and they are right in front of my face. No acknowledgement that a customer just came into their store. I had to ask them and tell them that I want to make an order. Expect better from a brand like Starbucks!

Overall typically fast service, friendly and polite workers, and no problems really but they can be slow at times. The drive through can get backed up easily. Also, one morning that I actually went in, there were a ton of people who ordered in advance just standing around waiting in the store for their orders, even though there were a bunch of completed orders sitting on the counter. I hadn’t ordered in advance but was waiting for like 20 minutes, and some of the people in there had been waiting before me. I had somewhere to be so I had to cancel my order and leave, but I heard from a friend who had ordered in advance that he waited for an hour. I think this was a particularly busy morning as it was Kentucky’s Election Day, but I think they needed a better system that day to handle all the business!
