Overall typically fast service, friendly and polite workers, and no problems really but they can be slow at times. The drive through can get backed up easily. Also, one morning that I actually went in, there were a ton of people who ordered in advance just standing around waiting in the store for their orders, even though there were a bunch of completed orders sitting on the counter. I hadn’t ordered in advance but was waiting for like 20 minutes, and some of the people in there...
This starbucks is the only one I will go to, not even interested in the ones in Evansville anymore. They always make my drink right and it's kind of a complicated one but they're always sweet and I LOVE them... they also have nugget ice which is a huge win since I pay $9 for a coffee everyday ? Always friendly, always fast, always enjoyable. Thanks again!!
I'm a delivery driver and everytime I go to my local Starbucks the order is never ready, there's a ton of ppl on the lobby looking close to being fed up from waiting, and the staff is always looking frazzled. Making all these different drinks doesn't seem easy at all but if there was a better method of getting customers taken care of without such a long wait this place would be perfect
