Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! I did not catch the employees name fully but looking at reviews I would assume it is Janelle as the she was extremely rude & seemed like my business was a disturbance. Never again!!!

This restaurant I've gone to for the past 3 years and just today for the first time ever. I had the worst experience I could have ever dreamed of. The manager that was on duty per the employees name is JANELLE. JANELLE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND FOR BEING A MANAGER SOMEONE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SET AN EXAMPLE AS A LEADER WAS ACTING AS A CHILD. JANELLE CAME TO ME AND SAID THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE HER STORE THAT I WASN'T ALLOWED TO PARK WITH MY TRUCK AND TRAILER IN HER PARKING LOT.
FIRST OFF AS I STATED I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS PREFERRED LOCATION FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I BEEN TOLD THAT I COULDN'T PARK IN PARKING LOT WITH MY TRUCK AND TRAILER.
THERE IS NO SIGN THAT STATES NO TRUCK AND TRAILER PARKING IN THE LOT EITHER. JANELLE IS NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL AND I WILL NOT SPEND MY HARD EARNED WAGES HERE AT THIS STORE UNTIL JANELLE IS LET GO. JANELLE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO COME AND TALK WITH ME WHEN I REQUESTED FOR A MANAGER TOLD HER EMPLOYEES THAT SHE ( JANELLE) WAS TO BUSY. HAS PROVIDED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF BEING A LEADER AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH THE SERVICE THEY SHOULD RECEIVE. YALL NEED TO HIRE A NEW MANAGER FOR THIS LOCATION I WILL NOT I REPEAT WILL NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL I HAVE NOTIFICATION THAT THIS MANAGER JANELLE DOES NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE!!!!! AGAIN THE MANAGER JANELLE IS NOT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL 😑 AND JANELLE WILL AFFECT BUSINESS YALL WOULD BE RECEIVING BUT WON'T FROM NOW ON UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE!!!

After reading other reviews I will be refraining from eating at this establishment till Janelle is demoted,fired,or resigned. Also I didn't see a no truck and trailer park sign??? So I believe that the manger Janelle could really use some better people skills.!!!!!

Based on other reviews I will not be taking my business to this establishment. Customer service is an essential and the workers here seem to not appreciate their customers! The manager Janelle needs to understand customers come first and overcome her entitlement.

The manager Janelle I was told her name was but not sure. Very poor attitude and gave me a death stare like she wanted to fight because I parked my truck and trailer in her parking lot. I've been eating here for the past 3 years with the same truck and trailer. I will not eat at this location again until she is fired. PS someone spit on her car on the way out. She needs to take Jared's advice and eat Subway herself how pathetic to have someone looking so nasty and poor attitude manage this facility

It took a while to get through the multiple questions about how many sandwiches I wanted, what breads, what meats and cheeses and I was like can I just have a number 11??? WHICH THEY MADE WRONG. To top off the experience I was asked to hold the dirty credit card swiper myself (from the drive thru) right before I was going to eat my sandwich?? This place is GROSS. Will not be back

Rude cashiers and drive thru workers. I say workers because one person answered the speaker another one or two or three attempted to rush our order and act like they could not hear us. The attitude is highly unprofessional and not worth coming back to deal with the ruined sandwiches.

RUDE WORKERS WHO REFUSE TO FIX MISTAKES! Wont be eating here much anymore. Ordered an American club for them to forget the bacon I called to let them know to possibly get it fixed next time considering I’m on a 20 minute lunch break and the best they could give me was “the person who made it is sorry” so I brought my sandwich back up to the subway for them to put COLD bacon on my sandwich. Got me once won’t get me twice buddy.

Man this subway is terrible. It was truly disgusting and the service was worst than the food. People were rude, I get it though it’d be to working in that establishment. Truly I hope they do up their customer service a little better or at least learn what the right cheese to put on sandwich is.

The staff inside put on American cheese when I asked for pepper jack, then they toasted my sandwich without asking or me stating. When I asked them to remake it with pepper jack cheese and heated instead of toasted, they said they wouldn’t make me my sandwich and said they wouldn’t serve me

Not helpful at all. They didn't ask me what kind of cheese I wanted, after putting the wrong kind and toasting it, I realized the mistake and asked them to correct it. They refused, kicked me out, and told me to never come back because I wouldn't pay for the wrong order. Worst service I've ever had, anywhere.
