The food was good this trip, but honestly it's hit or miss. It's fast food Mexican. You kind of already know what it is. I am not a fan of the digital order without an option to order from an actual employee. This feels incredibly discriminatory to the aged population who do not understand tech.

Puts everything before drive thru and 30 min wait times

As I enter someone from the window area looks at me and goes back to what they are doing. Multiple people from the back on the line and standing around look at me as well and continue on unfazed (most not actually doing anything at the time.)
Finally someone that was in the lobby on break is headed back stops and asks if I have been helped. I state I would like to place an order and am instructed to the self order screen like they are incapable of placing the order themselves.
This is all after I already had issues with the app and couldn't place my order online as I was on break from work and short of time as is.

No one seemed to care and just played around in the back in playing view of guests.
No manager presence was seen.

As a former GM of a fast casual restaurant there is some work to be done here.

On the positive side the food was prepared quickly, was hot and fresh.

It was my first day on the job running the cash register at the kiosk. I must have hit a wrong button because my Burrito Supreme came out as a bean juice and lettuce special. While I was trying to eat my custom-made burrito without looking like I had diarrhea on my shirt, I noticed several other new employees having trouble with the kiosk. My tacos were ok by taco bell standards, even if they did cost 3x more than they did about 2012. While I didn't earn $15 an hour for my short career running a kiosk, the lesson learned was priceless.

Parking: I was surprised at how empty the parking lot was. After my experience at the order at your own risk kiosk I understand why so few vehicles were in the parking lot on a Friday afternoon.

The food was fine but the dine-in experience was wild. There were numerous people standing around in the parking lot (including employees) smoking, talking, and eating. There were six young boys who kept coming in and out of the restaurant, and they kept sneaking behind the counter and grabbing drink cups and getting drinks (and they would throw those cups away and come back in and get more cups). I planned to tell the workers that this was going on since I didn't think they knew, but then one of the employees saw the kids steal the cups and didn't say anything (these kids were also being rowdy and they had lighters they were using to burn the cups - if the workers noticed, they didn't say anything). When I was about to leave, an adult came in from the parking lot and went behind the counter and stole a drink cup and an employee saw and started talking to her like nothing happened. I was upset because I paid for my drink but everyone who came in after me got a free drink. This was my first visit to this location, but I won't be back.

Not only did they mess up my order, my drink tasted like pure dish soap & my food had a hair in it! This is the 2nd time I went there & the SECOND time they messed up my food! NEVER AGAIN! I called to tell them & “Mike” was rude & hung up then wouldn’t answer the phone again!

I think this place is ridiculous they asked if I wanted supreme I told them no and the gave me a tacos with only cheese and meat and on top of that I tried to call them for an hour straight and it keeps saying busy I kno they are not busy on the phone that long
