I ordered on the kiosk and got my food in a timely manner. However, I watched the staff at the front counter turn down 2 elderly couples because they didn't want to take their orders. Literally told them to use the kiosk, or leave. Who's managing this store?

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Lately, every time I order, my food is either incorrect, cold, or they seem to always be out of something. I’m disappointed and this issue needs to be addressed. I just want to be able to order something and it be exactly what I asked for.

What a joke! Pulled around AGAIN for the third time this week and waiting 20 minutes for 3 ICE COLD CHILI CHEESE BURRITOS. There so cold the cheese isn’t even melted. This is BS. This location has been pulling customers around to park with every single order passed 11:00pm even if your the only customer. The wait is ridiculous and its for OLD COLD FOOD!!! This isn’t even a burrito, this is a flattened taco with damn near nothing in it! . Won’t be returning to Green street

Right so, what’s the point of having an order ahead option if I still have to sit in my car for over 10 minutes, just to be handed cold tacos?ridiculous.
I used to choose this location over the one on the strip because they ran this place like the navy. Now? It’s a complete joke. Feels like new management came in and ran the place straight into the ground. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s pathetic.

Crispy tacos were actually WET with less content than other Taco Bell restaurants. Hungry and disappointed!
The food was good this trip, but honestly it's hit or miss. It's fast food Mexican. You kind of already know what it is. I am not a fan of the digital order without an option to order from an actual employee. This feels incredibly discriminatory to the aged population who do not understand tech.

As I enter someone from the window area looks at me and goes back to what they are doing. Multiple people from the back on the line and standing around look at me as well and continue on unfazed (most not actually doing anything at the time.) Finally someone that was in the lobby on break is headed back stops and asks if I have been helped. I state I would like to place an order and am instructed to the self order screen like they are incapable of placing the order themselves. This is all after I already had issues with the app and couldn't place my order online as I was on break from work and short of time as is.
No one seemed to care and just played around in the back in playing view of guests. No manager presence was seen.
As a former GM of a fast casual restaurant there is some work to be done here.
On the positive side the food was prepared quickly, was hot and fresh.
