Front desk clerk was wonderful. Got to the room and was hit by horrible smell and dampness. I knew with my existing lung condition that I could not stay in this room. So called front desk and checked out. She was very nice and issued a refund.

Worst hotel ever stayed at. Filthy & no staff except front desk. Filthy room caused spouse to be deathly ill with asthma attack & had to be placed in vehicle most of nite & medicated to avoid hospital ER.

Felt safe and didn't have to worry about my vehicle. Room a little out dated but great place to lay your sleepy head. Amazing staff. Very clean and reasonable price.. Would definitely stay here again.

The wyndham rewards are horrible. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I was lied to hung up on and ran around. My room was not cleaned once in 11 days, there were old towels in the room before. The wifi was bad and breakfast awful

We had an awersome stay! It's a very clean place. They have a great staff and are very kid friendly. We will definitely return to stay again. It's also close to a dollar general and a ton of food. Have a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay was located in KY but Ohio was very accessible. Enjoyed walking to local historical eateries. A great continental breakfast, hot and ready with a variety of items. Clean rooms with great AC

We had a group of eight friends in 2 rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, website said remodeled and looked nice. One room had an opened package of crackers in a drawer and the phone did not work. The other room looked like it was not cleaned we cleaned it ourselves. There was a French Fry on the floor by the bed. Remote control for TV had no batteries. Lamp had no bulb. One outlet did not work. You could open the back entry door without a key. You could see paint patches on the wall. Was not what it was advertised as.

My boyfriend and I went to stay here tonight for a little night getaway. We made a reservation on urbano and when we got there she said we didn’t have one and my boyfriend showed her our reservation and she got VERY crappy with us telling us it would be better if we went and stayed somewhere else... so we did... VERY RUDE STAFF!

Bartender was fun and knowledgeable, but the bar's layout, sports bar theme and obviously undereducated management are just wrong for the location and clientele frequenting the bar.
