The service is terrible. The person waiting on me ibviously hates her job. She responded with disdain when I told her I wanted a substitute for fries. Every order delivered to the customer is followed by "sorry about your wait!"

Went to use a bogo coupon, they had trouble on there end.... so the coupon wasn't able to be used... just you would think of the word "delight" for your costumers but this place doesn't do that.

I recently visited the Wendy’s in Henderson, KY, and while the experience was mostly positive, there were a few issues that stood out. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, which I appreciated. However, the service was slower than expected. I waited longer than usual for my order, which was a bit frustrating since I was in a hurry.
When I finally received my food, the fries and baked potato were unfortunately cold. It was disappointing because I usually enjoy Wendy’s fries and baked potatoes when they’re hot and fresh. The burger I ordered was fine, but the cold sides really took away from the overall meal experience.
That said, the staff was courteous, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. If they could improve the speed of service and ensure that the food is served hot, it would make for a much better experience. I hope these areas get addressed because I do like coming here, and with a few tweaks, it could easily become my go-to spot again.
Wendy's on 41 Henderson KY is the best place to eat they are awesome the manager there is awesome the hollow crew is I have a autistic kids that eats 20 burgers a day it doesn't matter what time they help to get it done. I hope how ever is over this Wendy's appreciate all of them.

Wendy's is one of our favorite fast food restaurant to eat at. We went to Wendy's Henderson Kentucky on hywy 41 to have lunch. This was one of the cleanest fast food restaurant we had been to in a very long time. Even the restrooms were very well maintained. We order some chili and a couple baconators along with fries and drinks. The food was fresh and delicious! It was cook as ordered and hot. The staff was really nice and personable. We had the pleasure of meeting Josephine the manger as she was helping clean the counters. A very lovely lady, very friendly. The young man taking our order was named Brock and he was friendly and on point as well. He even walked us to a table and carried our food cause I was having trouble with my hip. I rate this restaurant a 5 star ? I will definitely be going back.
