3rd time ordering from here. They do not understand the concept of time. "Be Ready by 12:45" means it's finished, boxed, and ready to go out the door at 12:45. 3 times in a row, 10 minutes after due time, my order still isn't ready. when your Resturant sits 200 and you have 7 people dining, no excuse except poor service. Food is pretty good when you get your food. Didnt even get part of my order. Waste of $$$$

Walked in shortly after 7 pm on a Monday. Stood near door for a moment but didn't see anyone to seat us, so we went and sat down in a booth in the middle row. Four minutes went by and we didn't see any server. There was a bar tender working and some tables filled with customers in that section. There was one other couple in our middle section. Finally saw a waitress come out of kitchen area and she started wiping down a table in the south row/section. We were about to call it and leave but the customer at the other table in our section went over and informed her she had another table. Seems an easy fix to the problem we had (and by the looks of it, several other reviewers also)... why not install a door chime? Put the sensor on your door and the chime panel near your kitchen entrance perhaps. Why do I take so much time to write out this part of the review... because there were other customers who came in and stood near door waiting to be seated also. Waitress (Mallorie) apologized for not seeing us when we came in. There was no mentioning of the day's specials, no asking if we were interested in an appetizer, or any thanks for choosing to eat there when we finished. Service was just ok. Food was average. We felt dissapointed about the overall experience. Unfortunately we will not be visiting again.

Good food ALWAYS, but ALWAYS understaffed, so not really sure how to feel about this place. My wife and I love the food and hate the service equally. Picked up a to go order tonight. From what I could tell there were about 7 or 8 seated tables and one person on the floor to wait on them, one person in the kitchen making food, guests sitting at the bar where there was no bartender, and 3 other people waiting for to go orders. It’s sad that the food is so good but the service sucks so badly, especially on a Friday night which is usually a very profitable night of the week for most businesses.

Empty bar at 5pm on a Wednesday.. I knew something was off. My sald had a horrible presentation compared to the photo of it on the menu. Staff not enthusiastic enough. I guarantee you this is why this place is empty.

When we got there took a minute for someone to come seat us. Didn’t say a single word to great us other than follow me. Same person who sat us was our waitress took her another 10 minutes to get our drink order then another 10 minutes to see if we wanted appetizers. Food to table was a fair amount of time. Once we got our appetizers it took roughly 15 minutes to come take our dinner order. Seemed like she was the only waitress for the 4 families that were there, seems like there is a problem mainly with management on having people do certain jobs. I believe our waitress tried especially since she was cleaning the tables also. There was one girl who just kind of randomly came and helped when she wasn’t walking around.

The food is always great, the atmosphere is typical sports bar, minus the drunk yelling. There seems to be a new person working there every time I go in, but it never negatively impacts the visit.

It was ok. The French fries were baked not fried. Not awful but not what I want to spend my carbs for the day on. The hamburger (3 chesse burger) was solid. The wings my wife had were on the tough side. Her side salad was good.Looks like they had 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. She was polite but not the most attentive server.It was just ok at best.

We used to drive 30 minutes for the big juicy wings at Wings Etc.... This last experience was hmmmmmmm.... Odd at best. There was 1 other table seated on a Saturday late lunch. 2 parties of 2 came in at the same time. We were told before we were seated, that it would be 10 minutes before they could take our order. Ummmm ok???? I strolled around to see how busy they were. 6 adults and 1 child at 3 tables in the whole place. True to her word, she came back to take drink orders 15 minutes after our arrival. Then..... after that debacle, our wings were mealy, they were mostly pink on the inside with a kind of mooshy skin. I miss the old crispy meaty wings......

We went tonight if for the playoff game on Peacock network. Upon arrival before we ordered we asked if the game would be on . The bartender said yes. After ordering beers - the game was not on - bartender missing . She came back and said they told you right . We said no . No game . So we left. I hope they enjoy that money - I will not be back . This is the second time we have gone for a sporting event and it hasn’t happened. We would have stayed and had food and more beer. This place is mismanaged. Get it together if you are a sports bar have sports. Also the poor bartender had to tell us not the manager. The manager is weak and spineless
