Updating review: we ate there again and hoping it was a bad night but our server ignored us all evening, food was cold, it took over 2 hours to get our food which came out in 20 minute intervals for a group of 4 and we saw tables around us come and go. Really hoping it was an off night after the great service we had the past two times but we won’t be back for a while.
Excellent service, great food, clean restaurant. Our new go-to Mexican joint!

Placed an order like we have in the past. The receipt clearly shows hard tacos we ordered. The order was NOT right to start with. We got all soft shell and ordered carne asada tacos too. They told us they were not on the special when clearly it’s listed on taco Tuesday at .99 each. You might want to fix that in your menu. They offered to make it right by bringing the tacos back and replacing what they already served us (take out) and told my son they would then place it on hard shells instead of making new ones. That is a health safety hazard not to mention the food would already be cold to get more cold. Little Mexico will now get our taco Tuesday business.

😡!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!😡 Not only did they start getting an attitude on the phone with us after THEY got our order wrong, they offered to TAKE BACK our tacos and place them back on hard shells like we ordered. One, that’s a health safety violation and extremely inappropriate. Two, this is the second time they just threw it together. They are Highly incompetent at listening to customers and rude.

We used to come here because it was quieter than Little Mexico and didn't have all the coked up servers. Now those servers have came to work here and they have the music cranked incredibly loud. Asked them to turn it down and they would not. Food is fine but might as well go to Little Mexico.

The food is always so delicious and service is always great. But the karaoke is way too loud. Other then that.. love this place
Everything here is so delicious it doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is outstanding you would not believe how many people screw up refried beans and there's our phenomenal I love their enchiladas my children and my husband love this place the servers are so sweet and so nice I am definitely going to be a returning customer if you're craving some Mexican food, I would highly recommend this place!!

Stopped in for lunch. I had a very delicious chicken dish with grilled veggies on top of rice smothered with cheese. It was a huge portion for lunch and I took half home. We'll be back when we are in the area!

This place is amazing! Alexis and the staff, Natasha especially, go out of their way to make it the most comfortable atmosphere. The food is fabulous and always fresh. The chips are always warm and fresh also. We go here every week and Alexis makes us feel like family. I highly recommend El Acapulco!
