This McDonalds has good service was my review last time.I went by tonight (drove miles out of my way) to find SURPRISE! The ice cream machine isn't working. If you don't want to serve ice cream, take it off the menu. McDonald's prices have gotten to the point that they are not justified for the quality of food. I think this will be my last time eating at Mickey Ds

There is a lady there called sister Hannah Walker, and she is the brightest, most friendly, genuine, kind, respectful, and caring employee I have ever seen at any McDonald's in the world! She is like a shining beam of light in this dark World of fast food. She has an amazing smile that will brighten up anybody's day immediately! I highly recommend the managers never fire her, and the customers give her a generous tip because she definitely deserves it! I will be coming back and taking my friends and family! Best way to experience a McDonald's.. I highly recommend it!

Staff is usually plenty nice but there's definitely a difference between quality of food between day and night shift.We ALWAYS have to check our order before leaving the drive thru if we order during day shift. Something is almost always missing or completely wrong and it's difficult for us to get into town to begin with.Night shift 9/10 gets the order correct and it's typically hot and fresh.Both shifts are nice and hospitable, but definitely be sure to check your order before leaving if you don't live close to town.

Google says it opens at 5am, I waited 8 minutes or so and no one asked for my order. So I pull around to the window and I am told they don't open until 6am. I asked why does Google say 5 am and at 5am the lights came on at the drive thru screen. The employee says "I don't know"...The last time I stopped their last week (AT 5am) they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait for them to make mine since they forgot and I was told "I'm sorry I was late today, can you pull up and I will bring it out to you" service here is usually horrible 9 times out of 10.

When ordering on the kiosk no recipt is printed. FOOD is placed on the counter with no order number so I did not get what I ordered after a 10 minute wait. I will not be stopping here on my next trip through the area.

The floor had been mopped at some point as the wet floor signs were still up. It was so slippery it felt like it had been mopped with grease water. I twisted my knee trying to catch a lady with a cane to keep her from falling down the floor was so slick.

Had my food in the bag behind the counter on top of a fridge for over 15 minutes. Took another 15 minutes to get my "remade". Food I finally received was cold and definite signs of being old. Also watched employee take food from the original order (the one that was on top of fridge) and place it on the warmer where food waiting to be bagged goes. Employee was extremely rude about the whole thing. I don't plan on going back for a long time think we will just stick with taco Bell.
