We have been ordering from this location for years and we love Papa John’s. The last few times we’ve ordered the pizza is old and rubbery. It gives the feeling it’s either overcooked or has been made quite awhile. When my husband picked up the pizza and he was signing the receipt, he heard a worker saying, “it was a good night for tips”. I’m not sure if the quality is a result of a non-tip for a pickup order or if this store has just gone downhill. I called to talk to a woman and she wasn’t too concerned and said she would put a free pizza note on our account. We will not be using this store any longer.

Ordered a pizza extra mushroom and sausage and got this sausage and no mushrooms this is the third time this place has done this!!!! Lost a patron!! Wife’s pizza was suppose to be stuffed crust! Again this isn’t acceptable! Won’t patronize your establishment ever again!!! $60… charged for what I didn’t get!

Our first visit, good experience. The store has been damaged at entry, but is open. This is carryout only, no seating. Service was fast and got our pizza quickly. Plenty of parking and across the street from a grocery if you need extras.
For a take-out only place, this is a good choice.

only 1 time in last year and 1-2 have i recieved my full order. cost is high as it is but to drive almost 22 minutes and a whole pizza is missing or sauces that u pay fori it gets old honestly i would like to see them bring it to my house next time and maybe they will get it. people order food so they can eat and everyone else there it not fun for the person who don't get anything to eat.

We ordered a Pepperoni Calzone Stuffed Crust pizza take out with extra cheese. We got, what seemed like, no extra cheese and the crust was just regular stuffed crust and NOT the Calzone Stuffed Crust. There's no such thing as good service these days.

My pizza was burnt and all the others were not even cut. The manager was very rude about the whole thing. All I was offered when I brought it back was for it to be remade. Nothing else for having to drive back to the store spend more time and also my other stuff was cold cause of having to wait on the burnt pizza being remade. I have been a loyal customer who orders from their store a lot. I do not recommend it. There should of been a refund or at the very least a discount on the burnt pizza.
