Pulled up and employees are outside smoking. I go into the store and one follows me in and asked how can I help you. I asked if they were going to wash their hands first and nothing but attitude. I left. This is disgusting, unprofessional and unsanitary. Avoid Hodgenville Subway at all cost.

The meatball sub was cold. I order a sub for my husband with mustard and they put vinegar on it no mustard at all. very disappointed. Plus got the bead mixed up will not be back.

I usually am very satisfied but today was different. I didn’t like not being able to view the meat, metal cover blocking view. The counter top where vegetables are applied was dirty. I watched a young girl work over it filling sauce bottles and never attempted to clean it off. I asked the young man waiting on us to clean the counter before laying my food on it. He took a paper napkin and smeared it around and continued to fix my sandwiches on a still dirty counter. I know these are young people but they could use a lesson or two on keeping counter tops clean.

This place made me want to eat subway every day of the week. It was so clean inside, the food was very fresh and the service was friendly. I live in Memphis currently and it’s impossible to find a place like this here. We are surrounded by dirty restaurants and employees who just don’t care. Be thankful and grateful for this subway! It is truly a gem!

It’s a shame that the people in this place are so rude. Last time I had a bad experience too and I thought it was just a bad night but after tonight’s experience and also reading other reviews it is just that these people are rude. When you walk in they immediately say “DO YOU HAVE A TO-GO ORDER?” No I don’t and then they get mad that you don’t and the guy hollers” we got another one” and then the lady huffs over in the corner. It’s just not a good feeling. I was almost tempted to just cancel my order after he threw my bag on the counter. Just not a welcoming place and I refuse to go back. Treating people like this won’t get you very far.

So I go in to order my family supper, I had a total of 6 sandwiches and the lady there I ask for a little oil and vinegar and she acts like she don’t hear me, then I had to say stop 4 times then she like I can’t hear with all the noise there no was no line she wasn’t making anyone else sandwhiches and there was only one other guy in there, when I said I only wanted a little cause I didn’t want bread soggy she told me I should gotten the packets and done it myself,
