It’s a shame that the people in this place are so rude. Last time I had a bad experience too and I thought it was just a bad night but after tonight’s experience and also reading other reviews it is just that these people are rude. When you walk in they immediately say “DO YOU HAVE A TO-GO ORDER?” No I don’t and then they get mad that you don’t and the guy hollers” we got another one” and then the lady huffs over in the corner. It’s just not a good feeling. I was almost tempted to just cancel my order after he threw my bag on the counter. Just not a welcoming place and I refuse to go back. Treating people like this won’t get you very far.

So I go in to order my family supper, I had a total of 6 sandwiches and the lady there I ask for a little oil and vinegar and she acts like she don’t hear me, then I had to say stop 4 times then she like I can’t hear with all the noise there no was no line she wasn’t making anyone else sandwhiches and there was only one other guy in there, when I said I only wanted a little cause I didn’t want bread soggy she told me I should gotten the packets and done it myself,

Will say that since the newer owners or new management either one I have returned to coming to this sub way again. Service might be super slow but they do quality sandwiches and are not rude. Plus I like the supreme meats sandwich that is now offered!

I love online ordering. You pick what you want, pay for it, and go pick it up. The last two times I did this with Subway in Hodgenville haven't been good. The first time got my order wrong. Still don't know what happened there. I caught it before I left and they redid the sandwich. This time I ordered the same thing a rotisserie chicken wrap. The order was correct, but the chicken was ice cold. They are supposed to heat it up before making the wrap. I guess if I need a order from Subway I'm going to have to go in and order and watch while they make it.

Went to Subway tonight because Friday is a no cook night for me. I ordered me and my dad a footlong sub that took us almost 45 minutes to get. After getting home with our food I open up my sandwich and it has a awful odor. The meat on my sub was sour. I hadn't been to subway in awhile and was looking forward to my sub. I called to tell them the issue and no one answered the phone. I'm so disappointed!!
