Order was wrong, my roast beef meat some was tough and dark gray and some of it was raw pink, the drive thru is ridiculous with all the potholes and the sign/menu is falling apart. Close this location and maybe fern creek will get a better place to eat. Clean and safe. Health dept needs to be contacted about this place.

We haven't went to Arby's for several years only because of the lack of good service and the slowness getting your food.
We just started using the app a few weeks ago and it's been great. We order the food and put in the time we want to pick it up and we walk in and grab the bag, easy!
And the times I've needed assistance the staff was very friendly! I think there must be new management at this location because the staff used to be rude in addition to being extremely slow.

This Arby's location has really gone downhill and for what they charge for their food, their service should be up there with the likes of Chick-fil-A. They are always out of something. This most recent visit they were out of roast beef. How can Arby's be out of roast beef? And my order is rarely correct. Their staff is too busy running around in the restaurant. I spent almost $20 last visit, just to get almost home and realize they didn't put in the 2 cheese cups I ordered and paid for.

Food is good if you can actually get anyone to help you. There are no cars ever but yet you are waiting in the drive thru forever. Waited 5 minutes and finally left. If your employees can’t handle the drive thru then either the inside needs to be closed or the drive they needs to be closed. It’s clear they can’t do both

NO GLOVES AFTER HANDLING MONEY TOUCHED ALL THE FOOD. , didn't notice until I tried to order inside but the employees were clowning around where food is prepared so I went to the drive thru..that's where the unbelievable filth was very clear to see here's a picture of just the drive thru window the counters the cooking area all disgusting!! Then the food we already paid for was disgusting too. Dried out, and burnt

Ordered my meal. Waited patiently. Gave me my bag. I asked for ketchup and arby sauce. You said to me oh dear I already put some in the bag for you. Go ahead and check to make sure it's enough........I said no need I don't need much thanks.......drive down the road back to work. And look in the bag. You've given me neither of the two. Screw you seriously. I stop at your work for my lunch and you can't even do the simplest of jobs right. Hope your happy when that location is no more due to the service there being garbage.
