“Kind of surprised to see the bad reviews. We just stopped in at random… Ordered pizza and wings and it was surprisingly good. Sure the actual restaurant is a little run down.. but what does your house look like? (@ all the 1 stars.) The mild wings were really good with a unique sauce and the pepperoni pizza was great!“

“This location can be a little hit or miss, sometimes there is a line of cars around the building for the pickup window due to the lobby being closed. So, even if you placed an order online, you will have to wait in the car line to access the pickup window, and your pizza will be cold and soggy by the time you receive it. But you can call the national number to request a refund.

That being said, when all is good, they have one of the most generously topped meat & veggie supreme pizzas in Hopkinsville! (Bambino's, Godfather's, Domino's, Papa John's do not even come close). Also, you can't beat the price!“

“This place has amazing food it came out hot and ready. Very friendly cashier who helped me with a smile. I love the atmosphere. Has comfortable plush black leather seating with a little history mixed into the decor as well. It's very warm and inviting. 10/10 experiance“

“order was placed online, for delivery. Ordering was easy, Pizza tasted great!. (We got gluten free and reg. crust.) Delivery was also great!! They have so many awsome menu items! Delivery Driver was great!

“The employees attacked after i told them the chicken had a rat in the box. Very dispointed in the long driv thru line. They told me they had short staff but they all looked pretty tall to me.“

“Joshua and employee at this particular location, is 1 of the better employees I have seen in a long time. He was taking drive thru orders and filling them, also coming out to the lobby and asking the inside diners how their experience was and if he needed to correct anything. Then a customer in the drive thru forgot some of their food and he ran them down on foot to make sure they got what they paid for. He was a breath of fresh air to watch, because he showed by his actions that he truly cares for his customers. The bathrooms were dirty and needed some attention. The food for the most part was good. My biscuit tasted good, but it was a bit dry and hard. The chicken breast was also dry. I take off all the skin and just eat the white meat, so it was hard to swallow, I had to have a drink. But all in all it was worth the drive, Joshua is a great employee and sets a fine example for the other employees. I would go back and I do recommend this particular Popeyes. Thanks Joshua and team.“

“The workers need to pay a little more attention to the orders. I asked for BBQ sauce cup with my wings and I was given ranch. They also didn't cut one of my pizzas completely. There was barely a line showing that they had cut it. Taking an extra 30 seconds on an order can make a difference between a good and not so good feedback. I am not too upset because this is the 1st time my order had some mishaps.“
