Domino's Pizza

While waiting for my pizza, a group of staff were congregating and complaining about the customers they get, particularly the ones who “can’t speak English” very disappointing from a place like Hoptown that centers agriculture and has people of all walks. Considering the job crisis here, I’d urge the staff to behave more appropriately.

I went to order pizza and was shocked to see that not one of the three people working had on gloves. One person wiped her hands on her shirt and went back to making someone's pizza. I turned around and walked out.

I ordered delivery through the app and also from DoorDash, and both times the pizza arrived raw; it’s absolutely disgusting. I used to get stuffed crust, but the dough was raw again, so I stopped ordering it because I thought that was the issue. However, no matter what, the dough was always raw.

My pizza was 2 hours late. I placed my order at 6pm it didn’t get here till 8:20ish. Then on top of that there was a BUG on my pizza!!! When I called to complain 3 different times they never answered and I was placed on hold.

The online ordering was easy since I’ve done it several times before. When i picked up my order the guy who waited on me was kind and courteous. As far as the person who cooked my pizza it was under cooked. So when i got home and tried it, it was doughy. So i called the store to let them know about the issue. They guy that answered the phone only option was to bring it back up there and they could do it again. I explained to the person that i just came from there and i don’t have gas or the time to make the trip again. He said that’s all he could do because they needed the pizza. So there goes my dinner for tonight. Needless to say that will be my last and final time of dealing with dominoes. I will not recommended to anyone i know. In fact i will let the people i know, know how my experience was. I guess they don’t care since it’s not them!!

I placed an order on Tuesday and was given a delivery window of 45-50 minutes. 20 minutes after I placed my order, I tracked and it showed 8:30pm quality check. My food arrived after 10pm, burnt and cold. I tried to report an issue online, I contacted customer service, as well. No response back, no credits, not even a free emergency pizza. Terrible service, the food was burnt and cold but, hey, the delivery driver was nice enough
