Maybe it is an "off day" for the staff at the 120 Clinic Drive location in HopTown, but it would have been much nicer to be greeted by the worker at the front counter. At the very least, for the worker to reply a response to my greeting. Thankfully, the food was delicious.

The burgers was good. Not really any complaints. I don't think I would pay what they want for food. They seemed to be a knockoff of the old steak and shake just not as good.

Waited for the restaurant to open at 10:30 on Sunday, August 11 and was told that since other employees hadn’t show up, that I’d have to wait another 20 minutes to even order.

i had not had a patty melt in years! and Freddy's did not disappoint. it was absolutely Fantastic!

I had never heard of matchstick French Fries before and they too were Fantastic!!

I just moved here but this is the worst place it’s dirty , the food is greasy made me sick when I got home and the service was awful they were not friendly at all you need to firer and hirer .

Food was great, but service was slow when nobody else was in the drive thru line. Freddy's in Clarksville is better, but this Freddy's is still better than BK and Mc D.

Not good the whole floor was greasy we almost fell very disappointed no paper towels in the bathroom no napkins in napkins dispensers and the food was cold we will not eat anything else from this place

Food is good but their idea of a milkshake is awful. No way you can use a straw. Won't be back.

The brownie custard shake almost made me die of a heart attack and I almost sharted all over the car. Yall bums laced me and tried to kill me with your laxative infused brownie shake. Consider yourself lucky because as the daughter of the ceo of freddys I could bring this to my father but I decided mercy over revenge. Do better, I'll be watching.
