Little was known about this ice cream parlor except the website said homemade. After a hot day on the road we pulled off the parkway and walked in to a scene from the 1960’s. The size of the store really surprised me because it was very large.Many tables and chairs to choose from and a wide open pathway to the counter with a large order here sign calling our name. So many flavors! We tried the peach and it was spectacular! Always happy to support local businesses. Cannot recommend enough.
I grew up with homemade ice cream. She’s absolutely equal to Wentworth’s in my hometown.
She’s worth the trip.
