Quan was not very pleasant over the drive thru speaker. He needs to be more professional and provide a better customer service experience. It was like he was rude for no reason or maybe that’s how he talks to people. Which is not nice at all. It was so noticeable that my granddaughter commented on it to me. They always get the orders right. Not much of a wait time. Helpful employees. Can't complain.
