Took over 20 minutes to get my order. The fries were lukewarm and old. And the chicken was cooked in oil so old you could both smell and taste it. Add to that that the order was still wrong.

Everytime I order here they get my order wrong. I asked for no mayo on the 2 chx sandwich deal. Had EXTRA MAYO ON BOTH

Great food. Great staff. Ok prices. Love the manager/owner. He makes sure that customers have a great experience even in the drive thru. I keep coming back and also tell all my friends and family to support this store.

This was the most disrespectful restaurant I’ve been to. Two people already waiting on food when we went in , still took them 15 mins to even take our order . Yes we had 2 families so they were pretty big orders but the customer service was horrible . Then took us another 40 mins to get our food . The customers are the ones paying your paycheck if you don’t want to be there then stay home . Even got disrespectful to my mom

How does it take 30 minutes to serve two people when the restaurant is completely
Empty other than workers? Hopkinsville has awful customer service but Popeyes is next level bad.
