Went to get quick food. Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, SUB MAC SAUCE, which is how I order them in pretty much every McDonald's I get them in. They tried to do ADD MAC SAUCE. I said no. Some supervisor told me that they don't SUB anything. I have to PAY for the Mac sauce on my food. Even if they don't put ketchup/mustard on them (the DEFINITION of sub) I have to pay for the mac sauce. I'm NEVER going to this place again, and I'm rethinking my patronage of the entire chain...
Typically a great location but this time was just horrible. Lazy employees just standing around, coffee burned while she was looking at her phone, and none of the syrups were added to the coffee at all. Iced mocha that I paid extra to have 3-4 times the syrup pumps bc I knew the coffee is typically burnt and they proceeded to just not put any at all! If I wanted a cup of nasty burnt swill I would have just made a crappy cup of coffee myself in the gas station for half the price, and it still would have tasted better! Overall just had to throw that cup straight into the trash and will never be getting coffee at this location again. The burgers were tasty and relatively well cooked though
