I appreciated the friendly customer service, but the food just isn't good.

Food was great no wait time as the place was empty as was later in evening. I had shoulder plate with cheesy potatoes and cowboy beans

I got the grilled half chicken and baked beans. It was amazing. Very moist and had a delicious flavor. Highly recommend

The food was good. I loved the decor. The hot sauce is amazing! I have never had such delicious cheesy potatoes. They have a nice variety of bbq and sides. The staff is super friendly and very helpful if you have questions.

Worst bbq ive ever had

Wow y’all. What an honor to stumble across this little place. It really shows in their food that they love what they do! The owners spent time talking to my husband and son, and I was able to sit out front on a rocker with our pup enjoying the view. We tried the pork shoulder and pulled pork with cheesy potatoes and cowboy beans. Everything was amazing! If you’re visiting the national park nearby this is most certainly the place you want to try!

I ordered their 1/2 chicken today. The sides were good, however, the chicken was not done it was bloody and tough. I pulled it apart to find blood in the thigh, it wasn't red from being frozen it just was not done. I've had bbq from here before, and it is always good. I don't recommend the chicken.

The food was delicious and the serving size will fill you up with some to take home for a snack later if you want! The service was excellent. They were very friendly and the food was served in a very timely manner, with a very personal country charm.

The BEST barbecue!! We love the friendly atmosphere and delicious food.

We visited Mammoth cave national park and decided to try a local barbecue place. After reading several reviews and checking out pictures of places in the area we decided km pa-daddys. The dining area was small but there were open tables. We opted for dine in to make sure the food was fresh. The staff was very friendly and the food was served up quickly. We had a pork shoulder 1 slice and pulled pork plate. For sides we had cheesy taters and potato salad. The cheesy taters were good but being from Wisconsin I'd prefer more cheese! The potato salad was really good, creamy and flavorful. The pork shoulder had a great flavor but it was warm at best. The shredded pork was similar great flavor but not hot. I'd go 5 stars but the selections are limited and the temp of the food could have been better. I'd still recommend it and maybe go earlier as we got there about 6 and they close at 7 so maybe that's why things were cooling off.
