I really enjoy Better Blend’s açaí bowls and love being able to build my own, which is why I order multiple times a week. Since moving, the Independence location has become my go-to.
Unfortunately, I’ve consistently had issues with my orders at this location. Almost every time I order online, my bowl is either missing toppings or has toppings added that I didn’t select. When you’re customizing and paying for specific ingredients, accuracy really matters.
Today’s order was one too many incorrect experiences, and it’s disappointing because I genuinely love the product. I hope this location can improve order accuracy, especially for online and delivery orders. For now, I won’t be ordering from this location again.
If you're looking for a healthy option, look no further than Better Blend. The food is great! The smoothies are great and the people are great!
