RUDEST baristas ever I come in here more than once a weak and dread walking up to the counter and ordering cause they are always rude.

Everytime we go here at least 2/3 times per week theres no whip cream on the cold lattes we order. For as much as we go there it sucks having ask them to fix our drinks. We order ahead so we dont have to wait. Because of this we have to wait now...

Ordered an iced chai and they made me a completely different drink (I order the same drink every time so I know what it tastes like) and when I questioned it, they looked confused and annoyed. When you’re paying $7 for a coffee, you expect it to be what you ordered and if not, that it’s corrected.

The locations does give refills on regular cold brew. :(

Staff are friendly and the service is fast enough. The tables are seldom clean, not sure if a Starbucks or Kroger problem, which sucks if you want to have a coffee while waiting for something.

Good luck if you want to use the app or you have a Starbucks issued coupon. It is a debacle trying to show it to the barista here, same answer of I can’t use it even though it says to tell the barista to enter it. What a joke. Better off spending less and go to Dunkin across the street.

This is one of the worst Starbucks ever! My daughter and I have placed orders online so we can pick them up on our way to work. This location opens at 6am and every time we come to pick them up about 6:30am they aren’t ready! So we have to stand and wait which is ridiculous considering the fact when we come in the employees are standing around doing nothing!The employees are rude and lazy! They will act they are doing something so possibly you won’t ask them to do anything!I will NEVER come to this store again!

I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though

Today 6/24 at 1230 stopped by to get some coffee, stood at the counter for ten minutes while one washed dishes and the other was making drinks and kept looking at us but never acknowledged us or asked the other to take our order… another girl was stocking, walked by us and again didn’t acknowledge us. I finally had to ask if this is where we order to even get our order taken. Absolutely no sense of customer service by these three girls. Do better.

They had an 18 year old girl closing by herself. If you've never worked fast food or retail before, closing is hard and takes time. If you are also helping customers, it takes even more time.Starbucks can absolutely afford to not only pay this girl more, but pay better for more staff.

Customer service is lacking. Katy stood and talked to her friend while the other worker tried to do everything, needless to say her attitude was affected. 1 other person before me and we waited too long

Starbucks is always good for a great cup-o-joe, and the staff are always so friendly. The creamer always seems to be out though...like some little goblin comes in right before me every time and drinks it up! Freaking goblins.
