Subway in Independence

“I always appreciate it when I go somewhere and the staff remember my order. I am very picky about my food, and they always remember how I like mine prepared. It's never super busy either, so I like going to this location because the service is fast and good.“

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.
