“I would absolutely recommend Kips. The service is always amazing and super friendly. My family eats there at least once a week and I’ve never had a complaint until today. I wasn’t super hungry so I ordered myself a crispy chicken salad. It was absolutely horrid. How can something as simple as a salad be horrid you ask. It came with lettuce and breaded chicken but nothing else on it is normal salad foods. There were pepperoncini, mushrooms, pepperonis, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Hey, did someone get a pizza with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and cheddar cheese? I believe I got someone’s pizza toppings on my salad. No? I’m extremely upset. I paid $10 for this. I think people should be warned about the ingredients because it’s so weird. Not what I was expecting. And now all members of my family are full and I’m still starving. Highly disappointed.“

“Our experience on this particular day was great!
I think our server was Tina. She was friendly and kept drinks refilled, asking if we needed anything several times.
Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
My husband had the beef Manhattan, my son had a burger & potato salad and I ordered a pork chop. It was one of the most flavorful pork chops I'd ever eaten.
The prices were reasonable and they have a large variety of main dishes & sides.
The only thing I think would help is nice music in the background for the customer, since it was very quiet the day we went.
We'd definitely return.“
