“I started eating pizza from here when I was a young man. It was always my favorite pizza and brings back so many memories. I recently while down that way, decided to stop and grab me a deluxe pizza like I use to get. Let me tell you… it was just as good and tasted exactly the same as it did back then. I’m not a big fan of Giovanni’s in general, but this is the exception. By far the best pizza in my opinion, and good people. It is a carry out only, and the place is showing it’s age, but I don’t mind that at all. I hope this location stays around for years to come, and never changes a thing.”

“The best food I've had in Wheelwright. I had a taco salad, not something you think can be messed up. But unfortunately at a different restaurant I had a very bad version of a taco salad. The dairy bar's salad was fresh, tasty, and the way I ordered it.I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu.Very reasonably priced, not a sit in restaurant.”

“Tried it for the first time and it was absolutely awful for the price. 10oz ribeye was way over cooked , then came out on a sizzling plate to make it extra extra well done instead of medium. Was harder to chew then beef Jerky. The Brussel sprouts was dry and soured. The salmon came out had perfect looks and consistency, but as you ate it you only had the taste of paint in your mouth. Steamed vegetables came out looking burned and was not to appetizing. Do not usually review places, but for 80$ out the door this was absolutely garbage.”

“If you are looking for the perfect spot to celebrate the 4th of July in Whitesburg, Kentucky, look no further than the local Dairy Queen. We stopped in for some ice cream this Independence Day, expecting just a quick sweet treat, but we were absolutely blown away by the overall experience. While the classic DQ ice cream was as delicious and refreshing as always—hitting the spot perfectly on a warm summer evening—it was the location's setup that truly stole the show.
This particular Dairy Queen boasts an incredible outdoor patio equipped with surprisingly nice, comfortable chairs that practically invite you to sit back and relax. We grabbed our treats and settled in just in time for the evening's festivities. From our prime vantage point on the patio, we were treated to an mostly unobstructed view of both the official city fireworks and the vibrant neighborhood displays lighting up the night sky all around us.
The atmosphere was absolutely awesome—festive, relaxed, and deeply community-centered. It felt like we had VIP seats for the best show in town. We had a genuinely good time, making fantastic memories, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!”
