Brittany served us at the bar today and she was so friendly and showed great customer service. The Mag nachos were absolutely fire and I would definitely come here again. I mean with the 5$ shots who wouldn’t want to.

Ordered half rack of smokey bones ribs today (cost is more than european ribs). They were horrible, mostly bone no meat, and dry. And worst of all, it had an after taste of nuts that went past it's expiration date. Love atmosphere, waiter, everything. But the main reason I come to smokey bones is to enjoy their food.

First time there, food was fantastic, atmosphere was great, most of all the service. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would rate more stars if possible on the service!!! We had a great time because of her. Will definitely stop here again next time in Louisville....
