My husband ordered a beef burrito and there may have been a translation problem but he felt it was nothing special
I ordered a chicken dish which had spinach, tomato, cucumber and avocado. The vegetables were very large, not cut up, and no dressing was offered. Yeah

If you're looking for something autentico and affordable in the Oldham county area, stop at El Acapulco. They have a large menu, friendly staff, and very well-priced lunch specials with large portions.

Always enjoy the food and quick service. My kids especially pove coming on warm dry days so they can play on the jungle gym off the back patio.

Stopped in here for diner, we love Mexican so here we went. They have a good menu and our serve Edgar took our orders promptly. We picked the Shrimp/Scallops dinner and their Beef Chimichanga. Our dinner arrived quickly and was excellent. Would visit here again.

The steak tacos were awesome and the free chips and salsa was great too.

If you are like me and my wife... The salsa and chips that are complimentary, there great, good indicator. The food is always great! The staff members are friendly. There is a kid play area for younger kids.

All-in-all, always a great choice! There is a reason this place is always busy (no worries though, tons of seating options).

Staff wasn't ready, unprofessional, unfamiliar with the liquor menu, our waiter literally could not see and had point out product. Hot salsa was clearly salsa with chilli powder, food was cold and undercooked. Pepper's in Shelbyville puts this place in the absolute dirt. Three things ruin a business in the ground, poor customer service and poor product, being unprepared. Spent $125 generously. Yet extremely disappointed for a Friday night. Can't say I've had bad Mexican food until now. And that's saying something. Negative-⭐ ⭐⭐ and won't be back.

The food was piping hot and fresh, everything tasted phenomenal. I’ve never had food this good and I wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time. It’s also very clean in the bathrooms and just in general. The decorations are also beautiful and the servers were all very kind. Definitely worth the visit!

My wife and I were stopping in La Grange overnight on the way to Nashville. My wife likes Mexican food so we looked up what was in town and we decided EL Acapulco. And we were glad we did. Our food and service was fantastic. The inside and outside of the building were both nicely decorated. We eat in a lot of Mexican restaurants and this was in our top few we've enjoyed.
