Went here to eat and ordered a steak quesadilla. Took one bite which wasn’t bad but then a roach fell from the ceiling on the table! I jumped back and instantly smashed it due to my children being at the table and did not want it to get in there food or on them! Got the server to tell him and he grabs a napkin and removes it from the table and that was it! There were a group of 9 of us and they didn’t even act like it was a problem! That’s what bothered me more than anything! I work in the restaurant business so I understand that roaches happen and sometimes come in on trucks and stuff but, take care of the issue right away! Will NEVER be back!

Charged $3 for BBQ sauce for fries.That is rediculous.Waiter was not very friendly. It was slow and we had to ask other waiters to refill our drinks. Food was ok but not exceptional. Had been rhere before and had bettter food but service was lacking then also.When you come to a resteraunt you want to feal welcomed. A little better customer service would make them a much bettwr experience.

I always love eating at El Nopal, any location. This location is a more modern location than the older ones I started eating at. It's newly renovated and more updated then some of the older El nopal's. But still a solid 4. If you like spice you HAVE GOT TO TRY THE CHILI COLORADO!
