Pizza was delicious and much better than traditional chain delivery pizza
Honestly the best service and the kindest owners and staff all around! I hadn’t had snappy tomato since 2011 when I was pregnant with my daughter and as a flight attendant I would always fly into Louisville too late and leave too early to even get a chance to order. The hotel I stay at is so far from them but I called to see if they would make any kind of exception and they did! Customer service was exceptional!! I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for dinner tonight (Saturday). Things didn't go quite as planned (just some confusion about location). I called the store and spoke with Zach. He was extremely nice and offered to remake and redeliver our order. He even sent a warm cookie with the order which was delivered quickly! Much appreciated!
