Definitely the best pizza, by far in La Grange. The only downside is it’s carry out or delivery only. However, the pizza is so good that I’m happy to eat it at home. The Snapperoni is our favorite. There is usually a coupon available which drops the price of the pizza by $4.

Honestly the best service and the kindest owners and staff all around! I hadn’t had snappy tomato since 2011 when I was pregnant with my daughter and as a flight attendant I would always fly into Louisville too late and leave too early to even get a chance to order. The hotel I stay at is so far from them but I called to see if they would make any kind of exception and they did! Jay was so kind and he drove 35 minutes just to deliver me and my crew their amazing chicken ranch pizza! I am so beyond grateful! The pizza was also exactly how I remembered it! So Delicious! I wish we had a snappy tomato in SLC, Utah where I’m based! Thank you Jay so much! This truly meant so much to me! I tell everyone all the time if they go to Louisville, they have to get Snappy Tomato! You can’t visit Louisville, KY without it!

Horrible customer service - by the franchise owner!My order was apparently delivered to our business, but the driver didn’t attempt to open the door or call us. They sat the order on the porch in leaves and broken down walnut shells. Didn’t attempt to call to let us know they put left it on the porch either then lied and said they rang the door bell of the business.When I called after an hour I was told they didn’t have my order, then told they attempted to deliver when I opened up the door to find the pizza box in a pile of leaves and the bag in the walnut shells from the wind. I was told that I needed to listen when I requested a refund. I guess good customer service has went out the door for this business. When opened it was amazing. The franchise owner might need a customer care refresher. Very poor customer service- We won’t order from this local business any longer. Sad when dominoes and door dash know how to provide better customer service than this local franchise.
Impressed with there store their staff and their food. Ordered a stuffed potatoe pizza and it was amazing. My new favorite pizza place in Lagrange hands down!

First thing my wife talked about when she picked up the order was the excellent customer service.. GREAT JOB! This is a huge win in my book, and the food made it even better. Great ingredients, and fairly priced. We'll definitely be back! Make sure to try the meat topper ?
