The best part being otr truck drivers is we find really cool places that you would never see. We found Ernestos in this quaint town. We stopped in for an after dinner drink or two. As we entered, we noticed the place was very clean and the bar was huge. We were greeted with a friendly smile and I asked if we could sit outside. We chose the back patio. I’ve eaten here a few times and honestly I’m
unsure why it took so long for a return visit. Today’s meal was fantastic. We started with fresh guacamole and a margarita sampler tray. I shared the entree (Birria bowl) with my husband and it was more than enough for both of us. Our server (Joaquin) was awesome. I think he might have been the happiest person I’ve ever met! The food is incredible every time we have been here, regardless if we eat in or take it home. If you're in LaGrange KY and love Mexican food, stop here. A++++ The staff is amazing as well.
