11/11/24 young lady at cashier was awesome what is upsetting my first time trying it just to wait 30min for a meal to go I order at 12:06p.m just get food at 12:31 need more man power and another cook dealing with fries respectfully

I rolled through here for lunch today. The drive-thru line was a little daunting. Quite a few cars but this was my last stop back home from a lunch break. That line went fast! By the time I got to the order box, a friendly voice came over and I had questions. I’ve only been to another Freddys twice before. I asked if the patty melt came with sauce and it does not so I asked if I could get a sauce and what were my choices. Mary, very very sweet, Mary, didn’t sound annoyed and was quite helpful. I ordered the patty melt meal with a little thousand island sauce added to my burger, onion rings and a large Diet Pepsi. I asked for a mini sized chocolate custard / concrete with no toppings and she again, very kindly, told me how I could save some money and make it a “dish” of custard instead, that the concretes came with topping. I’m not usually uneducated, especially about desserts, and she was so nice to educate me with a friendly voice and tone. When I got to the payment / distribution window, I asked the lady if she was the one I had ordered with. It was. I thanked her for being so kind. She was efficient, pleasant, and my food was packed well. The patty melt was spot on! Perfect with a little thousand island! The onion rings were hot! Great and quick service here. Mary is a gem and very appreciated! Full 5 stars and more!

Food and service were great as usual at most of the freddy's I have been to. But the floors are most always slick or sticky. I believe that they are cleaning the floors. But just not sure that all of the soap or grease wasn't removed. I will still visit the restaurants but I just know to watch my footing.

Freddy's is brand new to me. I've never heard of it until about 1 month ago.

Freddy's Way is the real deal. I've never seen a business who cares so much for their guest.

I have enjoyed trying many different meals! I think they have the best chicken tenders I've ever tasted. The cheese curds literally melt in your mouth. The burgers are amazing, made hot and fresh with every order.

The custard is top notch!! Everything about Freddy's is A++ all the way.

I have ordered at Fredys for a few weeks now and EACH time my order is wrong when I get home. Yesterday I ordered a burger and they gave me chicken tenders. I think I'm done with this place for a while. The food is good , bit I'm tired of being disappointed

Been to a few Freddy's and this one seemed very disorganized. Lots of confusion with orders. The issue was not lack of team members as some were just standing around.My burger was not cooked completely thur as center was very pink. No napkins in the to go bag. Place needs management.
