They were pulling themselves together about a year, year and a half ago, but they haven't been able to make even acceptable let alone good, chicken for months, avoid at all costs. I had to throw out the food I got tonight it was so bad

Well I see why there's no one at this restaurant. The drive thru woman was very condescending because I called her out for ringing up the 2pc individually and she told me next time verify that I want the combo but common sense would've told you I wanted the combo if I ordered a drink and mashed potatoes and her excuse was well we have multiple 2 PC orders..... but gave me the exact thing that I ordered because only one combo on the menu says 2pc...didn't ask if I wanted the chicken tenders or any of the other two piece combos because you knew better. The food was fresh though. Atleast the cooks know what they're doing.

I just pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a two piece original with a biscuit. The girl said that they had no original ready and it would be a 10 minute wait. So I said that I would wait. I told her that I had a second order for a two piece white crispy and she said that they didn’t have any crispy ready either and it would be 20 wait. I told the guy at the window that I would be calling corporate about this ordeal. He told me that it wouldn’t do any good because they are a franchise. This KFC is always having customer service issues. If I didn’t live here I would’ve stopped in Louisville to get some thing to eat.

Empty of food by 9pm. Gets orders wrong. This is chronic with them. Server tried to explain that the prepared food must all be gone by 10 pm. So there was nothing left. I told him that I was not interested in KFC's management problems. Have never run into this at other KFCs, like Crestwood or Middletown. So I left. Won't be back.

Tried to order food at 8pm and was told they can not make me any food. Manger named jimmy
We went through the drive through at 5:30 pm, normal dinner hours, and were treated like we were putting these people out by ordering! They were rude from the beginning when my husband asked for more time to order then a 2nd person came on the speaker and interrupted our order to tell us that we couldn’t get something. Then we had to park and go in for our drinks and sauces. Customer service is truly a lost art.
