Empty of food by 9pm. Gets orders wrong. This is chronic with them. Server tried to explain that the prepared food must all be gone by 10 pm. So there was nothing left. I told him that I was not interested in KFC's management problems. Have never run into this at other KFCs, like Crestwood or Middletown. So I left. Won't be back.

We went through the drive through at 5:30 pm, normal dinner hours, and were treated like we were putting these people out by ordering! They were rude from the beginning when my husband asked for more time to order then a 2nd person came on the speaker and interrupted our order to tell us that we couldn’t get something. Then we had to park and go in for our drinks and sauces. Customer service is truly a lost art.

I placed a mobile order from the highway 10 minutes before I arrived. I had to wait another 5 minutes in line before I announced I had an online order. When I finally got to the window after another 2 or 3 minutes, I was told I would have to wait another 5 minutes for something I didn't order. I was then directed to park around the back door to wait on my order of 12 nuggets. After three other customers were brought out their food and another 10 minutes. I went inside only see a young lady heading out the back for with my food. I shouldn't have had to wait 20+ minutes for a mobile order.
Went for lunch today and the food was absolutely fresh! You always hear bad and good things about a place but you always have to try it out your self! And im glad i did! It did not disappoint! I love the chicken littles and the fries!

KFC IN KENTUCKY! It’s silly but as a traveler passing through it was a real thrill and everyone I know is telling me to shut up for some reason.
Food was very fresh and satisfying. The Nashville hot glaze on the side was wonderful and the chicken strips were of good quality.

Visited the Lagrange kfc and got the 7 dollar fill up 2 piece and finally they had the pickles back so I got an order and man let me tell ya, my food was fresh, the service was amazing and the lobby was clean! Sometimes you see the negative comments but In my experience I was nothing but satisfied with everything! I’ll definitely be back!
