Worst restaurant in LaGrange. Employees either don’t care or are plain stupid. Didn’t even get my order close to right. Will not answer the phone when you call. And forget corporate. They wii do nothing about the store.

I drove over 300 miles to LaGrange for a hot and ready famous KFC Chicken Pot Pie and some delicious Original Chicken!!! The staff were perfect and professional!! The food was delicious too!!! I recommend this place to any and everyone!

I don't even know what I just witnessed.....This is a very unclean facility where they kept dropping cooking utensils on the floor. We waited over 30 minutes for our order which was wrong! The employees appeared unclean as well and they kept pulling out their phones with their cooking gloves on. One gentleman said to another that they should stop taking orders since it was so busy. There was only 2 of customers in the place. Furthermore, I waited for the single person bathroom for 20 minutes which was occupied by 3 employees at once as they all left the bathroom together. The only positive thing about this experience was the waffles and the fact that we show no sign of food poisoning yet!!!

Ordered 12 piece meal and the gravy was just brown water. Biscuits were flat as a pancake. And the chicken was not fresh...tasted like it was reheated.

Once again our meal tonight was less than optimal. We ordered a bucket of chicken with 3 sides via the drive-thru only to find when we got home that one side simply wasn't there. It took forever to get through on the phone and it didn't sound like anyone there really cared. If I give KFC another try in this lifetime I doubt it will be at this particular store.

My husband and I went into this location tonight 11-30-25 about 5:55 pm. There were 2 women, a man and couple kids waiting at the counter. The lady first in line said twice that she had been waiting about 15 minutes and NO ONE came out to talk to her. My husband and I finally walked out. Few months back there were kids hanging out in the lobby. They knew workers there. On kid one nite was sitting in a booth with his feet up vaping. While there the drive thru girl gave him the finger. Is this how you want your restaurant to be like. You are running people off!

First off I'm just going to say the service was laughable, I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my order (I made an online order 10-15 minutes before I arrived) nothing. I finally went up and asked what was going on and showed them my receipt. They said that they will work on it and that I should have it in two minutes. 15 minutes later they called my name and gave my food. I sat down and realized that they gave me neither of the sauces I ordered nor did they give me my drink. I went back up to get my drink and sauces and had to wait another 3 minutes before someone even came to the counter. After finally getting all the stuff I ordered I sat down to eat and enjoy my food that now took 35 minutes to get. I ordered nuggets and a SPICY chicken sandwich. I eat the nuggets and they’re pretty good, then I bite into my sandwich. No spice at all, they gave me a bland regular sandwich, by the time this whole fiasco unfolded I was out of time and had to leave. I had to choke down a bland sandwich and leave with no justice served. In conclusion if you have a spare 45 minutes and want a bland sandwich this is the place for you.
