I recently visited the KFC in La Grange, KY with a group of friends and had a decent experience. The fries, biscuits, and Mac and cheese were delicious, but the chicken could've had a little more meat on each tender. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they quickly fixed any mistakes. However, the tables weren't the cleanest when we arrived, and the bathrooms could've been cleaner. Overall, I'd give this KFC 3 stars for the food and 3 stars for the service and cleanliness.

As we were in Kentucky, thought we should try the local KFC. What a terrible mistake to make. This place is a total shambles! The service was awful, and no chicken breast or biscuits available (being from Scotland, we had never had biscuits with chicken - and now we never will ?). When our order eventually (after a 40 minute wait) arrived my husband took it gratefully and the brownies offered up in place of biscuits (we do have brownies in Scotland, but never with chicken). When we opened it up to eat, we discovered chicken on the bone, which was more coating than chicken, instead of the tenders we ordered. Mash and gravy (we only ordered mash) and coleslaw (we ordered fries). We have been in La Grange for two days and this is our only negative experience - it is an amazing place. Hang your head in shame KFC. (Also terrible value for money, $30 for food that mostly ended up in the bin).

And the mixed guy Gavin with twist and black glasses was so offensive, MANY comments were whispered under his breathe about my WEIGHT and inappropriate comments about my breast. I hope I never have to drive by this place again, never have I had such crude comments been said about me. (To note I was very polite even after the interaction at the cash register).

Went through the drive-thru. They forgot to give us a kids drink. I had to go in and get it. Got home. They didn't give us half of the food we ordered. My fiance had to drive back up there and get the rest of our food.

We were traveling through with two young children and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and were extremely nice. Very clean too! Thank you !

Past few times I've been, around 6pm, they were out of dark meat or only offered extra crispy and when they offered to substitute for the extra crispy the legs were tiny and very dry.
I tried and I tried. Everytime i go to this location I am given old food. My chicken was dried out, biscuts were hard and fries tasted like packing peanuts.... Everyone's always nice and courteous via drive thru but the food has no respect... Again I've given this store numerous times to get it together.

I saw one of the guy in the kitchen picking his nose, no gloves nothing, yuck!!! I will eat the chicken cause I already paid but yeah ,yuck, also the bathroom is dirty, which says a lot about a place.

Friendly smiling faces. We eat her often. We have noticed that in the last few months the service cleanliness of this location has gotten way better. They food has also. It is fresh hot and tatse good. Which over the last year it has not been until recently but we love kfc so we eat here regularly. They were busy but seen us and greeted us and said they'd be right with us. A young man took our order he was helpful on suggesting items. there was a wait but they were busy and not many people working we only seen 4 people. Female manager apologized for the wait thanked us for Being patient and understanding. She was training new ones. She checked on us while eating. We talk to a few. She explained the restaurant has new employees and herself and the gm are new and that they are doing what they can to change this location reputation. I am not sure what other people think. But we have noticed the changes before this night over the last few months. And now we know why. The new management and employees are making a difference for the better. Will recommend everyone to try them out again.
