This McDonald's use to be a golden example of what a McDonald's was. Literally no wait times and half the time the food was hanging out of the window before I could pull around the drive through.
Of course all of that was before, now it's terrible. We ordered 3 cheese burgers a small fry and a large fry. We pulled through the drive through and ordered at the box, pretty quick and easy. The line was slow moving but not the worst. Got to the window, got our drinks and was pulled up but not given a reason why. We assumed it was for fresh fries which no one would complain about.
Well, after a 15 minute wait, our food was finally brought out... Cold fries, cold burgers... This is the first order I have had with McDonald's in over a year because of this reason and was reminded why I don't order from this McDonald's.
This McDonald's hasn't run great since Martha sold them, George did fine but the new management is awful. Skip the Kassleman McDonald's or better yet, save the drive and hit up Wendys or BK or DQ if you want a burger and fries.

Extremely slow service. After waiting for 20 minutes on our food I walked back into the kitchen to get someone to help me with my order. The drive through is always slow as well. Not a very good McDonald’s at all.

Quarter pounder, got home, inedible, bun hard and stale. Sad McDs is in general substandard

4 months after my first review, came back here after I picked up my son from school. Not many cars in the lot, one car infront of my in drive through. Ordered via uk before pulling up.

Next to the Lagrange McDonald's this location is by far the worst, quality has got to be at its lowest their is no way you can possibly get lower quality, service is pour ran by a bunch of kids that are incapable of doing a half decent job ....40 nuggets and a Basket of fries 20 bucks thats fine if someone new how to count after all we only had to wait 15 min....and the basket of fries what a joke 6.09 for a basket of fries thats equivalent to a medium fry at its best ,.. don't get the basket of fries what a rip off.....and i dont understand how you wait 15 min... for fresh nuggets and fries and when get them they are barely lukewarm......you want to waste your money there thats you but i won't be back and my advice is to go somewhere else.....
