This place is truly a mom and pop business. Heather, Darren, and their grown up kiddo run the show! They serve lunch to a great deal of the county almost everyday and they do it well! Their subs are hands down the best in the OC. The bread the use for the subs and pizza is to die for. The pizza can be sold by the slice or by the whole pie. Phenomenal food that I am personally happy to see sticking around in the OC.
Finally got to stop by and try something from here! I had egg salad on a half sub, with cheddar cheese, and then also got a couple of their little layered bars. It was so delicious! I hate pickles in my egg salad and was pretty happy to find out that they didn't have any in theirs. Absolutely enjoyed it and can't wait to try it again.

I've heard a lot about this place. Being from NYC it made sense to go and try it. I gotta say for being in KY, this pizza is as close as a NYC slice as you're going to get. Heck, there are places in NYC that no longer get it right. This slice has the foldability of a NYC slice and crispy but not burnt bottom.
